Another client of the agency

I am 26 Years old and from Germany. After school I studied history at 
university. Thru the internet I hert of the special agency which 
brings together neuterd men and some masters. I found this idea 
thrilling and a good alternative to being jobless and with no future 
in my profession. As I had no close friends and familiy the decision 
for the big step was not so difficult. In northern Africa I got my 
medical and psychological treatment. In about 1 month I will be sold 
to my new owner.



I agreed to get my body modified for a special client. The rough 
outline of the procedure was clear for me and somehow I had strong 
desire to have it be done. Details of the alteration were explained 
to me by a physician after I had signed all documents as requested by 
the lawyers. I had good confidence to his skills and experience as he 
told me about his education, previous works and equipment of the 
hospital. I was to become an attractive eunuch. However on a first 
glance I would look still like a man. The whole change of my body was 
schedule to last 1 year before my scheduled handover to my owner. I 
was told it is a wealthy lesbian lady in spain who is waiting for me.



Next day came all the usual examins, screenings and laboratory tests 
which proofed my health status. I omit here the description of every 
day live in a hospital with sleeping, eating, washing and 
examinations.

One day later in the early morning the operation began. Prior to that 
I had taken a shower and shaved my dark hair on and around the 
genitals.

During the big surgery (under full anaestesia) my both testes were 
removed thru a small cut in my scrotum and replaced by silicone balls 
of around double the size of my own ones. All erectile tissue of my 
penis was taken out and replaced by some flexible silicone material, 
giving my dick half the size it had before in case of an erection. 
The urethra was shortened to a new peehole between my balls and anus.

I was connected to many machines, several hoses and cables came out 
of my body, when I first woke up. There was no much pain due to 
medication. My body between the legs was fully covered by bandage. 
Some hours later I felt strong pain in my dick and scrotch. Exiting 
was the first change of dressing. I could see my swollen genitals 
blue colored. Only a few stiches had been made by the surgeon 
outside. My urine was taken by a catheder.

Physical recovery was quite fast.  Already after one week I had to 
lern to use my new pee hole. In the beginning it was very painfull 
because of wounds. It was difficult to do the job without too much 
spray. Nowadays I can handle it quite good. Due to the very back 
location of the opening I have to remove my slags for urinating. I 
have to sit down for this business of course. Only this way I can pee 
without spray. I can use the urinal toilet with special pose only. 
Practically I use the sitting toilet where no one can watch me.

Around two weeks after surgery my genitals were looking almost normal 
again (no visible scars) exept the changes which I have to live with 
forever. The heavy fake balls and quite big but soft penis were a 
strange experience. Due to lack of big blood vessels and erectile 
tissue my dick is pointing downwards and will never be able to 
penetrate a vagina again. It looks as if I have a very good equipment 
even when I wear my trousers but it is fake and I will never be able 
to father a child.



All my body hair (head, arm pits, pubic, eye brows etc.) was removed 
during the next weeks permanently by a laser epilation method. When I 
take a shower nowadays I feel completely naked.



To stop my male sex drive and to avoid problems with the bones a 
female hormone therapy started a few days after the surgery. Several 
effects I observed caused by the hormones. I received estrogens and 
progesterones. My sex drive decreased rapidly. However any erections 
were impossible not only because of the hormonal changes but also du 
to the removal of the core tissue of my dick. The penile skin is 
prevented from shrinking by the silicone implant. Slowly my breast 
size increased. I felt tension and some pain in the chest for several 
month. The areoles and nipples swelled. I have to wear plus sized 
shirts to hide my breasts nowadays. My fingernails became thinner and 
more brittle.



My mood began changing. Internal emotions were amplified, became more 
apparent, distinguishable, and influential. I observed that changes 
in the hormone therapy (adjusting dosages up or down in the regimen) 
caused a week or two of depression and otherwise unexplainable 
emotional fear. After 6 month my sex drive and enjoyment had 
disapeared completely. The hormones I receive are Estradiol Valerate 
(Progynon-Depot by Schering, Germany). I get 10-30mg/2-4wks injection.



Mentally and bodily I am ready now to serve a lesbian couple in every 
regard. Personally I have no sexual desires; I do not know what I am. 
In deed I am a eunuch.
