It has been ruled that all men over 28 must be circumcisied. 
circumcision has been banned for new borns for 30 years now.

it is a new day in the country.  As the weather got coldup north many 
of the soldiers headed for Florida a new country were clothes were 
only worn in church and the work place.



the rules for castrations had been changed to allow for a larger gene 
pool.  there would be total segragation until the age of 19.  at this 
point people would be paired off and married, or if there was a need 
and a calling those not to be paired were prepared for life as 
priests and nuns.  These men would be castrated and given normal 
doses of male hormones until their 26th birhtdays.  due to the 
retrictions of the Catholic church all forms of birthcontrol were 
banned.  As such until the age of 26 any act of sex would result in 
children unless one of the parties happened to be sterile.



Should any male by the age of 21 be showing signs of hair loss he 
would be immediately castrated at his annual exam.  since most new 
forms of medical treatments were lost in the move south no chances 
for anything to cause health problems were tried.  Baldness was going 
to be bannished as well as execcive hair under the new plan.



At 26 all men were sent in for complete physicals and scheduled for 
castration by their 28th birthdays.  This would allow for the chance 
if his wife were pregnant to deliever and should a miscarriage happen 
one last chance for a gift from god.



all the 26 year olds that did not have children and were found to be 
sterile would have immediate castrations.  high doses of testostorne 
were given to keep from gaining body fat.  These doses were to slowly 
be droped over the next five years until it was determined that the 
desire for sex was not necessary for the marriage and they would be 
stopped suddenly.  This proved helpful as the couple got older and 
she went into memapoise.



As the new circ laws went into effect the clinics were running 24 
hours a day until everybody over 28 was cut.  The younger men would 
be taken off their hormones for one month prior to surgerand remain 
off for a month to avoid erections during the healing process.





 It was during this new day that health problems were virtually 
gone.  People could eat drink and thanks to chemical free cigarettes 
smoke again.



Ross was looking forward to this day.  He was 26 and determined to be 
sterile.  His married life was great and he was going to finally be 
rid of his balls.  He found them to be ver painfull during sex and 
when swimming in the ocean.  



As his wife brought him to the clinic one last rabbit test was done 
to see if she were pregnant. The results were in and they would be a 
childless couple serving the church and the community.  They were 
very happy.



Ross was given a local in the sac.  thirty minutes later the doctor 
returned.  He spoke to Ross and asked if he felt anything.  Ross said 
no.  As Doc was talking he opened the sac and slowly removed the 
balls.  He then took a pair of testicles from the tray and removed 
the seal that would allow the hormones to be released in high does 
over the nest two years before the circ.  When the hormones started 
to deplete the balls would release on a timer suddenly slef absorb 
and the other ould kick in.



two hours later Ross was heading home once the stiches came out he 
and his wife would go on vacaction.  He could enjoy the surf again.



Bill was next he was Ross' older brother also sterile and ready for 
circumcision.  He had not had an erection in two weeks and was 
starting to lose his body hair..  His thick patch of pubuc hair was 
all that was really left.  He could not wait to loose his filthy skin 
and was going to lobby for infant circs again.  After the Doctor 
finished he said not to try.  It maight make people think he was gay.



Before the day was out Joe the baby bother was brought in.  It 
appeared that he was losing his hair.  A quick check proved that he 
only had 70% of his hair remaining.  Last month it was 95% an 
acceptable loss.  Men were to keep at least 75% of their hair by 26 
and at 2O he was losing it fast.  Joe knew that he would at least 
have four children.  His wife was pregant with twins again.  He new 
that his twin boys would be the joy of his life and hopefully he 
would have daughters as well.  He would be at this rate have by the 
time his hormones were totally removed in his thirtys he would have 
35% of his hair based on the studies and tests.  After the hormones 
were gone it would go back to 65% just like his brothers .  His 
oldest brother at 28 was now at 65% and would go up to 85%.
