First off, here's my fantasy:

As a kid, I would sometimes pretend to get rid of my penis. I held a knife at the base many times, even pressing down a good amount. I also placed it in a pair of scissors a few times, squeezing them enough that it pinched my penis, but never snipping it off. One time, I rolled up a small piece of paper to look like a penis, and taped it to a teddy bear I had. I apologized to the bear for what I was about to do, and then put the scissors at the "base" of the "penis" and cut it off the bear.

I frequently would push my penis and testicles back behind my legs and close them. I'd look at myself in the mirror, thinking about what it would look like without a penis. I have also pushed them back, and then sat down and slid forward.  Really pulls it back, and hurts, but really looks, and feels, smooth when I do that.

Even tried to get my dog to bite my penis off once...I think the smell turned her away...also managed to get my penis in the opening of a door (near the hinges) and closed the door....wow...that was a rush. Only did that twice.

I'm hung kinda like a little boy. When flaccid, my penis is about 2 inches. But when erect, I'm about 6 1/2. About a year or two ago, I completely shaved all my hair off, and remembered what it was like to be a little boy with a penis.

Now, I've obviously seen and played with another man's penis before. What male at some point during childhood hasn't?? I was dared one time (thank god for two options), to either slap my penis around for about 10 minutes to watch it bounce in the air, or cut it off....chose to slap it around a bit.

I have seen a man with testicles and no penis at all. We were playing strip poker, and  he ended up having to take off his underwear....His testicles were tiny, but there was no penis at all. The hole was located behind the testicles. Was interesting to see, and touch. I played with the area for a while, mainly feeling the smooth area where his penis should've been. He had it chopped it off in a botched circumcision. I'm not gay, but I was extremely curious.

I've also seen a man without anything at all. Now THAT was a sight to see and feel!! So smooth, more so than a woman (because of the vaginal lips).

Also had the option/chance once to cut a man's penis off once...Placed the penis on a cutting board, and I was handed the knife...I held it at the very base, and started to press down a bit....I decided I didn't want to do it, as it would be too awkward to actually remove a penis. Then I watched him as he took the knife and proceeded to cut off his penis!! It was odd...saw it fall from his crotch. Was really odd. I offered to sew it back on for him, and he refused. We through his penis on a stove burner and just let the blue flames burn it up. He had bands and the whole works, so he didn't really bleed at all.

Later on, I saw online a guy get his penis cut off with a pair of scissors. The wife was really pissed at him for something or other...probably cheating. Anyway, it was video-taped with him tied up, his penis stretched farther than I've ever seen one before, and then she went up next to his body (pressing on it), and brought the scissors to a close, hearing the *snip* as his penis fell to the floor. No more penis for him!!!

 If I had the guts, I would probably cut off a penis at least once...Not sure how I'd do it, but I might...Definately wouldn't be mine though!!!
