RULES for males

 Rules set up in the new female rule society. Rules given to all 
young women on how to treat males.

THE RULES:
These are the regulation which pertain to males. All young women 
should read them and apply them to their males in this female 
supreme society.
1. All males are subject to females. Males must obey all females 
especially their wife.
2. Young women may select a man of any age to serve her.
3. On the day of marriage the wife is encouraged to show her 
dominance in the relationship during the wedding ceremony. It is 
customary for the male-groom to be naked during th ceremony. The 
final act of marriage requires the male to stand before the female-
only audience and display his genitals. The wife must cut off 
either the male's foreskin, or one or both testes, or perform a 
penectomy if she desires. (The femdom regulation recommend cutting 
of at least one of the testes to display the wifes supremacy in the 
marriage).
4. Males are required to go naked in public. If the wife wants to 
clothe the male, then it is still required that a portion of his 
genitals be displayed to the public. The femdom society has found 
that displaying the penis or testes in public has controlled males 
aggression significantly. If the male has an erection in public 
then the wife is encouraged to discipline the male by striking the 
erect penis or striking the testes with femdom whip which is issued 
to every women at age 12.
5. If the male's penis is dripping cum or precum then the wife or 
any women who view this is encouraged to immediately command the 
male to wipe it off. Women are not encouraged to touch the penis, 
as this is degrading.
6. If the wife believes that the male's penis smells too much, she 
can command him to immedialely wash it. If the wife desires she can 
perform a penectomy get rid of the smell.
7. Males who have been castrated by their wifes are in higher 
social rank than those who have testes. Males who have the penis 
and testes removed are even higher rank in society.
8. If the wife has children she must bring them up in the femdom 
society. The wife must make sure that the daughter view her fathers 
genitals before 12. The daughter is given the option at age 14 
castrate her father. Sons should not be circumcised. THe 
circumcision of the foreskin is done during the wedding ceremony 
when the young male marries.  All males should be circumcised befor 
age 30. All males should be castrated at age 40. All males over 50 
should have a penectomy.
9. Vaginal penetration by the penis is forbidden. As such, the 
penis is considered a useless organ. IF the wife desires sexual 
pleasure from her male, she can have sex with other females. Or if 
she choose she can place on a strap-on dildo and penetrate her 
male's anus.
10. Males are forbidden to masturbate.
11. All males must have the penis pierced by any type of ring. The 
femdom society encourage a ring placed through the head of the 
penis.
