It was a beautiful spring morning and Dr. William Smith was
sitting at his desk in the Kelseyville STB clinic thinking back with
a great deal of satisfaction on his Þve years of service to this
small town and its surrounding rural area. He was proud of his
contributions to population stabilization for the Christian United
States of America. For Þve years, he and his family had been active
and devout Christian members of the community and they had served as
role models for proper Christian behavior. He thoroughly enjoyed his
work.
Five days a week, Dr. Smith operated his surgical clinic for
boys who had reached Stage 3, and every afternoon, after school was
out, he conducted the quarterly Sexual Maturity Examinations for all
of the uncastrated boys who had reached their twelfth birthday. He
was widely admired for his innovation, which had since spread
nationwide, of scheduling an appointment for every second and later
son whom he judged had reached Stage 3 of puberty and then including
the time and date for an already scheduled castration in the letter
which he sent to the boys father. If the father approved of the
appointed time and date, he had simply to sign the included
Castration Authorization Form and return it to the clinic. The
father would not need to take action himself to set up an appointment
for the castration of his son. Though, if he wished, he could always
telephone Dr. Smiths receptionist and cancel or reschedule the
appointment that had been set.
If the father decided to pay the 25% income tax and not allow
his son to join the Army of God immediately, Dr. Smith would send the
father another letter with a suggested date for his sons castration
and a new Castration Authorization Form after each subsequent
quarterly Sexual Maturity Examination until the boy either turned
twenty-one or was castrated. A few fathers tried for a short time to
pay the 25% tax, rather than allow their sons to become eunuchs,
especially for their second son, the Þrst one to be castrated. But
seldom did a father pay the high tax for more than three months.
Almost all boys who were not castrated at their Þrst scheduled
appointment had their testicles removed exactly three months later
exactly one week after their next Sexual Maturity Examination. After
one son had been castrated, fathers usually signed the Castration
Authorization Form on the day it was delivered. Third and later sons
were almost always castrated at the Þrst time that Dr. Smith
scheduled them.
Castration and the Christian duty of becoming eunuchs for the
Kingdom of Heavens sake were important topics both in school and in
Sunday school. There were also a number of important eunuch role
models now for young boys to look up to. Many sports stars and a
large number of TV and Þlm actors were eunuchs. Many of them were
happy to discuss the Christian virtue of their own castration
publicly.
Zachariah Jordan, star player of the Chicago Bulls, the Þrst
league-leading team to be made up entirely of eunuchs, was proud to
say that he had been castrated when he was only twelve. He
frequently talked about how becoming a eunuch had brought him closer
to God. He saw clearly his role a a member of the Army of God and
how important his castration was for helping to build a Christian
United States. He described how his castration had allowed him to
dedicate his entire energy to perfecting his game. Jordan sometimes
showed up, unannounced, at STB clinics whenever the team was on the
road. He happily signed autographs for boys on the day of their
castrations and posed with them for photographs.
Jeremy Keaton, who had won his first Oscar for his film
portrayal of the young Prophet Daniel, was one of the strongest
advocates of castration for the Kingdom of Heavens sake. He was
considered the most handsome eunuch in Hollywood and most of the teen
aged girls in America seemed to have a crush on him. He, too, talked
frequently about how his castration had saved him from a life of sin
and brought him the responsibility of helping boys to prepare for
their important role as eunuchs and soldiers in the Army of God.
These role models, and many more like them, meant that most
of the boys were anxious to become eunuchs. They were ready to join
the Army of God as soon as possible after reaching Stage 3. Some
fathers even telephoned to see if their sons could be castrated
sooner and not have to wait a full week. A few fathers had even
asked if they couldnt sign Castration Authorization Forms in advance
so that Dr. Smith could remove the testicles from their sons on the
very day that they were Þrst judged to be Stage 3 and eligible to
become eunuchs for the Lord.
In addition to his active work in his church and to his work
at the STB clinic, Dr. Smith also volunteered at Kelseyville High
School to be the team physician for both the football and basketball
teams. He was proud of the many boys that he had castrated who were
on the teams. He also enjoyed looking out at the crowd and knowing
that he had castrated a majority of the thirteen to eighteen year-old
boys in attendance as his own small contribution toward building of
the Kingdom of Heaven. Since he had been in Kelseyville for Þve
years, Dr. Smith had by now castrated well over three-quarters of all
of the boys in the high school and nearly half of the boys in the
middle school, including his own fourteen year-old son and nearly all
of his sons friends.
Dr. Smith was pleased with the large number of boys whom he
had help become eunchs for the Kingdom of Heavens sake. He thought
back on the great difficulty which he had had in remaining chaste.
Despite all his prayers, cold showers, and other efforts, he finally
gave in to temptation when he was only seventeen. He still thought
back with regret for the many times that he had sinned before he
finally married.
He had graduated from the UCLA medical school just after the
STB Law was passed. Although he was scheduled to begin his residency
in family practice in a large hospital, he was one of the many new
M.D.s pressed into service to staff the emergency STB clinics which
were set up to castrate the thousands of thirteen to twenty year-olds
who fell under the new law. After spending the summer in a South
Central LA clinic helping thirty to forty boys per day become eunuchs
for the Kingdom of Heaven, he had decided to request a residency in a
large STB clinic. He knew that he was helping these boys to avoid
the many sexual temptations which had plagued, and finally conquered,
him. He knew that he was doing the Lords work.
After his residency, he had worked first in an STB clinic
attached to Admiral Nimitz Middle School. He gave the quarterly
Sexual Maturity Exams in the gymnasium after school and used a room
nearby to perform his surgery. Since the school insisted that
fathers sign undated Castration Authorization Forms for all younger
sons when they were first enrolled in the school, he was able to
simply pull boys out of their physical education classes for surgery
them when they reached Stage 3. Each day he would provide one of the
P.E. teachers with the names of two boys in each periods classes.
The teacher would send the two of them to be castrated right after
roll call at the beginning of the period. He always included one
back-up name, in case one of the boys was absent.
Since the STB Law had only been in effect a short time when
he arrived at the school, and because machismo was still so strong in
the Mexican American community which made up most of the schools
population, at least one or two boys per week resisted the idea of
becoming eunuchs to better serve the Lord and had to be escorted to
the clinic by their gym teacher. For the first year or so that he was
at the school, boys occasionally resisted castration strongly enough
to need to be physically restrained for the surgery.
Since the appointments didnt need to be scheduled in
advance, he did not need to tell the boys when they reached Stage 3
at their Sexual Maturity Exams. They didnt need to know when they
were scheduled to be castrated until they were actually sent to the
clinic by their gym teacher. Dr. Smith thought that the surprise of
being told to report to the STB clinic for immediate castration was
shock enough to prevent most resistance problems. With all of their
peers watching them, most of the reluctant boys put on a brave front
and walked straight to the clinic door, which was clearly visible
from the area where roll was taken. Fortunately, most of the boys
were anxious to do their Christian duty and become soldiers for the
Lord. Their excitement about being old enough finally to be
castrated kept the entire school-based program a pleasure to work
in. Dr. Smith had most enjoyed castrating those boys who ran to the
clinic door, shouting for everyone to hear, that they were about to
join the Army of God.
Since the boys were already in their gym clothes and
undressing for the surgery was quick, he could usually finish both
castrations in less than a half hour. The clinic had two operating
tables side by side so that the boys would usually try to show their
bravery in front of each other and quietly accept their castration.
Because castration is such minor surgery, none of the boys needed to
miss any school when they finally became eunuchs. The school was so
large that he and his nurse were busy castrating boys all day.
After he had been at the school for a couple of years and the
goal of becoming soldiers for the Lord had become accepted, he had
become very popular among the boys. He remembered the times that he
had visited one of the gym teachers while the boys were showering
after class. Boys would rush from the showers and cluster around him
asking him to check their testicles to see if they were big enough to
remove yet.
After Admiral Nimitz Middle School, he had worked in an STB
clinic in Beverly Hills, castrating the younger sons of the rich and
famous. At first, he had enjoyed meeting the movie stars, singers,
and other entertainers as they brought their young sons in to become
eunuchs, but he eventually decided that a clinic in a big city was
far too impersonal. He seldom knew anything about the boys he was
castrating other than their stage of sexual maturity.
Finally, after years working in big city clinics, he had
requested a transfer to a small town. He wanted to know the boys
that he was castrating and to be able to watch them grow as young
eunuchs. He enjoyed talking to them before and after their
castrations. He could be active both in the church and in youth
groups working with boys. Dr. Smith hoped that by doing the Lords
work and castrating thousands of boys, he had atoned for his own
early sins of onanism and fornication. He knew how important it was
for boys to be castrated as soon as possible and he was proud to be
able to help them to become closer to God.
Dr. Smith then thought of his thirteen year-old twin sons who
would have their next scheduled Sexual Maturity Examination on
Thursday afternoon. Since both of their voices had broken within the
past few weeks, he knew that they had both reached Stage 3 since
their last quarterly exam three months ago. He had already filled
out and signed their Castration Authorization Forms and he had
scheduled their castrations as his Þrst two appointments for Friday
morning.
Dr. Smith had already castrated nearly half of the boys in
his sons eighth grade class, and had even castrated a few of the
seventh grade boys as well, before his own sons Þnally reached Stage
3. It was important that the STB doctor and his family set a good
Christian example for his community and Dr. Smith knew that he needed
to remove his own sons testicles as soon as possible after their
regularly scheduled exams.
When the twins older brother Seth had reached Stage 3 last
year, Dr. Smith had asked his nurse to stay late so that Seth could
be castrated that same afternoon. Seth had begun to be a bit too
rambunctious and had become somewhat disrespectful of authority in
school. Dr. Smith knew that castration would calm him down, as it
had very quickly. Without his testicles, Seth was a much gentler and
far more obedient son. Both Dr. Smith and his wife were very happy
that their son had become a eunuch, and they were looking forward to
the eventual castration of all Þve of Seths younger brothers.
Both of the twins were obedient Christian boys and they were
both eagerly looking forward to their surgery on Friday morning.
They had even asked their father if he couldnt arrange for his nurse
to stay late so that he could castrate them on Thursday afternoon,
immediately after their scheduled Sexual Maturity Examinations as he
had with their older brother. When his voice had Þrst cracked while
he was talking during dinner one evening, Patrick had even asked if
he couldnt be castrated immediately. He was ready to come in to the
clinic as soon as the meal was Þnished so that his testicles could be
removed for the glory of God. He didnt want to wait three weeks for
his next scheduled Sexual Maturity Examination. He also wanted to
become a eunuch Þrst, ahead of his slightly older twin.
The boys were devout Christians and anxious to play their
part in building the Kingdom of Heaven. It pained them to know that
so many of their friends had already become eunuchs to serve the Lord
and that they still had their testicles intact. They had already
told all their friends that they were going to be castrated on Friday
morning, even telephoning some of their close friends as soon as
their father had told them when he had scheduled their appointments.
They were both anxious to become eunuchs for the Kingdom of Heavens
sake. They were even Þghting about who would get to be castrated
first, Patrick whose voice had cracked first or Daniel who was older
by a few minutes. They definitely wanted to watch each others
testicles being removed and, since they were brothers, Dr. Smith
would allow them to do so.
Dr. Smith also knew that both Patrick and Daniel were
handsome, athletic young blondes who were very popular in school. He
knew that a number of the less devout girls in school would
immediately begin trying to seduce them as soon as it was known that
they had Þnally been safely castrated. There was always competition
among a certain group of girls to be the Þrst to have intercourse
with a new eunuch as soon as his balls had been removed. It was
exciting for them to be the first girl to play with a previously
virgin penis. Most exciting was to do it even before the boys
stitches were removed a week after his castration. Many people
believed that, since eunuchs were neither boys nor men, intercourse
with them was not sexual, but a simple, non-sinful pleasure. It
couldnt be sex because they longer had any.
Since almost all of the boys knew how sinful sex was, almost
none of them had ever masturbated or otherwise played with their
penises before they were castrated. Castration allowed them to
discover, without sin, the joys that their penises could provide.
Almost all boys experimented for the Þrst time with masturbation on
the very afternoon of the day that their testicles were removed.
He knew how difficult it had been for their older brother
Seth to resist the temptations of the girls and remain a virgin after
he had been castrated last year. Although without Androderm patches,
Seth was no longer interested in sex and would probably remain
virginal for life. The twins would be sorely tempted, and Dr. Smith
and his wife would need to redouble their family Bible study efforts
if the boys were to resist these temptations and remain virgins.
Their entry into Heaven was certainly far more important than small
earthly pleasures. He would try to convince them that they should be
like their brother and not use patches either.
When the STB Law was Þrst passed, nearly all boys decided to
use Androderm patches after their castrations. Today nearly one-
third of the boys decided not to use patches so that they might more
easily remain chaste. Dr. Smith anticipated the day when most boys
would decide not to use the patches.
Dr. Smith thought next about the several adult men whom he
had castrated in the Þve years since he had come to Kelseyville.
Each had fathered at least a dozen children, one of them twenty-three
children, most of them in multiple births and twenty-two of them
boys, before his wife Þnally persuaded him that he should be
castrated. While Dr. Smith had wondered at the time why it had taken
his wife so long to persuade him that he should be castrated, he
later learned that he had been hoping for at least one more
daughter. He was also looking forward to having a number of eunuch
sons, at least some of whom were likely to stay on the ranch to work
for their eldest brother. The man had provided a guaranteed labor
force to maintain the family ranch.
He had also provided a large number of potential godparents
for his grandchildren. Recently, more and more eunuchs and unmarried
women had become godparents for the children of their siblings. They
were able this way to have "children" of their own. They usually
provided both emotional and financial support for these children.
Dr. Smith smiled as he recalled castrating the mans twin
thirteen year-old sons the same day that he castrated the father.
Dr. Smith had been very nervous about his Þrst adult castration. He
had removed the testicles from hundreds of boys while working in STB
clinics in other communities, but had never castrated anyone over the
age of sixteen before. He knew, too, that Joe Rogers family had
been among the earliest settlers in the Kelseyville area. They had
been farming their ranch out in Big Valley for several generations.
Joe was considered a pillar of the local Christian community and he
had become a very good friend in the five years since Dr. Smith had
castrated him.
Joe and his sons had insisted on being operated on in the
same room so that they could each watch the other two being
castrated. Joe had asked to be castrated Þrst so that he could
provide a proper Christian role model for his sons and so that he
could show them that the operation was simple and painless.
After his own castration and watching his sons testicles
being removed, the father seemed to enjoy returning to assist with
the castration of each subsequent son as he reached Stage 3. He had
now helped to castrate eight of his sons with many more boys to
come. The last time that he had brought two of his sons in, Joe had
asked to cut off their testicles himself. Dr. Smith had not allowed
him to do so.
Dr. Smith decided that he had been too hasty in his
decision. He knew that Joe had been castrating livestock on his
ranch for many years and that he was considered to be the most expert
horse gelder in the region. He was often called upon to travel great
distances to castrate valuable horses.
Joes next set of boys was the only all male set of identical
triplets in the Kelseyville area. One of them could have been judged
as barely achieving Stage 3 when Dr. Smith examined the three of them
a couple of weeks ago. Since he knew that they all wanted to watch
each others balls being cut off, he had listed them all in the STB
records as still being at Stage 2. He did not want to disappoint
them by castrating one of them separately from the other two. He
knew that he would be able to castrate all three of them together
after their next quarterly exam in only three months.
He decided that he would carefully demonstrate the procedure
to Joe as he castrated the first of the triplets. He could then
closely supervise Joe as he removed the testicles from his own other
two sons. Dr. Smith knew how much he had enjoyed castrating his teen-
aged son Seth and how much he was looking forward to castrating
Patrick and Daniel on Friday morning. He knew that, as a eunuch,
Seth was a calm, obedient son, much more so than his uncastrated
older brother. He expected Daniel and Patrick to be much more
obedient and less rambunctious once their testicles had been
removed. His wife, especially was looking forward to the improvement
in the twins behaviors once they had been castrated. Given the
normal improvement in disposition among eunuchs, he thought that most
fathers would enjoy cutting their teen-aged sons balls off. But he
couldnt normally allow anyone without medical training to do so.
The younger of Joes first set of twins had been castrated by
Dr. Smiths predecessor in the Kelseyville STB Clinic, but Dr. Smith
had enjoyed watching them grow into young adulthood since. They had
both played on the Kelseyville High baseball team and Dr. Smith had
had many opportunities to watch them play and a couple of
opportunities to give them team physicals before they graduated and
went on to college. He was pleased to see that the castrated twin
had grown much stronger and more muscular on multiple Androderm
patches than had his intact identical twin brother with just the
secretions of his natural testicles. He also had a penis that had
grown signiÞcantly larger than that of his uncastrated twin. He had
been very active "sexually" while his intact brother was forced to
wait until marriage.
So far in his practice, Dr. Smith had only castrated one ten
year-old, but that boy, Michael Sherwood, was now fourteen and
already a star. He had made a number of records and was frequently
on television. He was a beautiful castrato, with þaming red hair and
bright blue eyes. Michael had become famous for his beautiful, clear
and high voice. He was a teen idol with a huge fan club of both boys
and girls. Dr. Smith had every recording available of him and
enjoyed listening to his beautiful songs glorifying God while he did
his paperwork every evening.
Dr. Smith returned from his reverie and looked down at his
appointment schedule for the morning. He recognized the names of all
of the boys whom he had determined had reached Stage 3 at their
quarterly Sexual Maturity Examinations exactly one week earlier. He
was pleased that all of their fathers had agreed to let their sons be
castrated on the date for which he had scheduled them.
But there was also the name of a sixteen year-old whose
father had tried to prevent his castration by paying the monthly tax
for the past three years. When his next son reached Stage 3, the
father realized the impossibility of his task and both boys were
scheduled to be castrated today. Dr. Smith knew that twelve,
thirteen, and even most fourteen year boys surrendered their
testicles with little or no difÞculty. They were devout Christians
and very obedient to their fathers. They fully believed, without
question, everything that they had been taught in church and in
school about the importance of castration. They knew it was their
Christian duty to serve as soldiers in the Kingdom of Heaven. Most,
too, did not fully realize the consequences of what was about to
happen. They had not begun contemplating fatherhood and all that it
entailed.
A sixteen year-old, however, would be far more difÞcult.
Tommy was one of only three boys in Kelseyville whose fathers had
paid the 25% income tax to avoid the castration of their sons for
more than the three months until their next Sexual Maturity Exam.
George, the oldest of the three, was now nearly twenty-one and
unlikely to ever be castrated. He was the youngest child and second
son in a very large family. He was the baby of the family and his
older brother and his many sisters had spent long hours baby sitting
and doing odd jobs to earn money to help pay the tax for their
brother. Every three months, Dr. Smith gave George his quarterly
Sexual Maturity Examination and dutifully sent his father a new
Castration Authorization Form, even though he knew that it would
never be returned.
Billy, the third boy, was a second son and was only
fourteen. He had several younger brothers, including Brian who was
now thirteen and who would probably reach Stage 3 by the time of his
next Sexual Maturity Examination. Dr. Smith knew that Billys father
would probably change his mind and allow both of his sons to be
castrated at the same time as soon the younger brother reached Stage
3. He would be faced with a 50% tax if neither were castrated. 25%
was difÞcult enough. There was no way that he could afford 50%. He
would need to choose either Billy or Brian to be castrated within two
weeks after Brian reached Stage 3. If he didnt approve the
castration of both of them, in another year or so he would face the
same dilemma when his next son reached Stage 3.
Dr. Smith planned to hand deliver Brians Castration
Authorization Form on the afternoon that he was judged to be Stage
3. He would take along an additional form already Þlled out for
Billy with the same suggested date and time for his castration as for
his younger brother. He would then urge the father to sign them both
so that the two brothers could be castrated together. Billy was a
very good boy who was now at Stage 4. He was anxious to be a good
Christian and to become a eunuch for the Kingdom of Heavens sake.
Dr. Smith anticipated being able to castrate him before he reached
Stage 5, probably a week after Brians next scheduled Sexual Maturity
Examination next month. He knew that some of the other boys at
school were teasing him about being a second son and still having his
balls. At his last Sexual Maturity Examination he talked about how
much he was being teased and how anxious he was to become a eunuch as
soon as possible. He had even asked if it were possible for Dr.
Smith to castrate him without his fathers permission. He knew that
Billy would be very happy to do his Christian duty and have his
testicles cut off despite his fathers efforts to save them. He
thought, too, that Brian and Billy would enjoy being able to watch
each others castrations.
By now, though, Tommy, at age sixteen, had reached Stage 5
fully adult sexual maturation. At his last Sexual Maturity
Examination just over two months ago, Tommys penis had sprung to
full, hard erection the minute Dr. Smith touched his testicles to
begin to measure their size. He hadnt needed to massage it into
erection for measurement as he did for most of the boys. It had
measured Þve and three-quarter inches in lengthaverage for an
uncastrated boy, but he would probably be somewhat longer by now if
he had been castrated at age thirteen and had used multiple patches.
Of course, if he had decided to be completely chaste and had
not used patches, his penis would not have grown after he was
castrated. He noted that Tommy had been four and one quarter inches
when he had reached Stage 3. He would certainly have gotten into
much less trouble and have been a much more obedient son if he had
been castrated and had decided against wearing patches at that time.
He probably would also be much happier with his life. Dr. Smith
would try to talk Tommy out of using patches after he was castrated,
at least until he calmed down a bit.
Tommy had even ejaculated while Dr. Smith was measuring the
diameter of his penis with the graduated rings. The Þrst time that
had happened in the fifteen years of Dr. Smiths practice as an STB
physician.
Although he had vehemently denied it, Tommy probably had
begun masturbating regularly even though he knew it was a sin to play
with his penis until either after he had been castrated or until he
got married once he reached age twenty one. Tommy most likely
masturbated while day-dreaming of fathering children. It was very
unlikely, however, that he had ever had sexual intercourse, as all of
the girls knew the possible consequences of sinning with a boy who
still had his balls. Any resulting pregnancy would condemn them as
harlots forever.
Tommy would probably have his Þrst intercourse, however,
within days after his testicles had Þnally been removed. It would be
a sterile pleasure, but a pleasure that he could not otherwise
experience for at least Þve more years until his marriage. And it
would not be a sin to enjoy it. Dr. Smith knew that it was important
to castrate Tommy as soon as possible to save him from sinning
further with his masturbation. Saving his soul was certainly far
more important than fatherhood or retaining his testicles.
Last week on the day that Jeff had been judged to have
reached Stage 3, Dr. Smith had personally taken Castration
Authorization Forms Þlled out for both Tommy and his younger brother
Jeff to their father as soon as he got home from work. He had argued
that, Þnancially, one of the boys would need to be castrated within
two weeks. The family certainly could not afford a Þfty percent
income tax on top of the standard rate. The father would have to
decide which son should have his testicles removed at this time. It
would be much better for both boys to be castrated together so that
he would not face the same dilemma next year when his next son
reached thirteen.
He had pointed out that Tommy, especially, should probably be
castrated immediately. He was becoming less obedient toward his
parents and had even gotten into some minor problems at school and
with the police. Dr. Smith had pointed out that eunuchs were much
calmer and were far more likely to be obedient than uncastrated boys
such as Tommy. He had pointed out how much his own son Seths
disposition had improved after he had castrated him last year. He
was certainly happy to castrate his own sons as soon as they reached
Stage 3 and was looking forward to castrating his twins soon. For
the good of society it was best for all second and later sons to be
castrated as soon as possible. It was important for Tommy,
especially, to be castrated soon so that he would be less likely to
get into serious trouble in the future.
While they were talking, Jeff returned from basketball
practice and urged his father to sign his own Castration
Authorization Form immediately. He had already told his friends on
the team that he had reached Stage 3 and that he would be castrated
the following week.
He wanted to be just like his hero Zachariah Jordan of the
Chicago Bulls. "Z" was probably the greatest player in the history
of basketball and he always tried to Þnd a way in every interview to
remind boys that he had been castrated at age twelve to better serve
the Lord. He always talked about how castration had helped him to
focus on being a better athlete as well as helping him to some day
enter Heaven.
Jeff told his father that he didnt want to get into trouble
like his brother Tommy had. He knew that Tommys balls were a big
part of his problem and he didnt want to keep his and get into
trouble like his brother as he grew older. He wanted his own balls
cut off as soon as possible. He was ready to become a soldier for
the Lord. He was anxious to do his Christian duty and become a
eunuch for the Kingdom of Heavens sake.
Dr. Smith then asked Jeff if he would like to be castrated at
the same time as his brother Tommy. Jeff immediately said that he
had been hoping to be castrated with his older brother. He thought
that it would be good idea for them both to become eunuchs for the
Lord the following week. Even sooner if Dr. Smith could arrange it.
That seemed to be enough to convince the father to sign both forms.
Dr. Smith wondered how Tommy reacted when his father told him that he
was to be castrated today. He doubted that Tommy had been happy with
the decision.
No matter what his father had told him though, Tommy was not
likely to surrender his testicles gracefully. Dr. Smith had
scheduled Tommy and his brother Jeff to arrive last, well after he
had Þnished the nine other boys who were scheduled for castration
today. They were the only two castration appointments for after
lunch. Dr. Smith also noted that the receptionist had already
scheduled Tommy to be operated on in Room C, the only room which had
restraints. The doctor hoped he would not need to use the
restraints, but it was always best to be prepared.
Dr. Smith decided that he and the STB nurse should both be
present to prep Tommy for his operation, just in case he needed to be
restrained. It would probably also be best to give him a shot of a
sedative immediately when he arrived. Tommy could then wait in the
reception room with both of his parents, who were scheduled to bring
the two boys in. He and James would then spent about Þfteen minutes
to prep and castrate Jeff in Room A. This would give time for the
sedative to take effect. While Jeff was still getting dressed after
his castration, he and James would take Tommy to Room C together and
he would ask Tommy to get undressed. As soon as Tommy was undressed
he would ask him to masturbate to ejaculation so that his penis would
relax before they proceeded to remove his testicles. He would
explain that this masturbation would not be a sin, since it was for a
medical purpose.
If he were reluctant to get undressed for his castration,
they would ask Tommys father to help. Once he was undressed and
restrained, either he or his nurse, James, would need to masturbate

enough for an easy castration. Since Dr. Smith knew how much James

Jeff should be dressed by the time that Tommy got undressed

restraints on him by that time, having his younger brother present

Examination again. He knew that Tommys high school counselor and
teachers and, especially, the Kelseyville Police Department would
also be very happy to hear that Tommy had been castrated at last.
Since, at Stage 5, Tommy would certainly be fertile, Dr.
Smith would arrange for him to have both before and after school
appointments for the next three days. He would ask James to make
certain that Tommy masturbated to ejaculation at least twice per day
until he was safely sterile. It would be unfortunate if he managed
to get one of the high school girls pregnant by having intercourse
too soon after he had been castrated. He suspected that James would
thoroughly enjoy the assignment and would probably insist on helping

He knew that James lived with two eunuch friends and that

While Dr. Smith was reviewing his appointments and preparing
himself for his long and busy day, the STB nurse was down the hall
prepping the Þrst two appointments, both thirteen years old. Kevin
was in Room A and Ryan was in Room B. The receptionist had greeted
them as they arrived promptly at 8:30 for their scheduled
appointments and she had directed them to the two rooms. The
receptionist asked them to remove all of their clothing before the
nurse arrived to prep them.
The two boys were best friends and close friends of Dr.
Smiths own thirteen year olds. They had both been to his house many
times to play with the twins from the time the boys had all been in
the fourth grade together. He had watched both of them grow up.
They were both Þne, Christian boys and he was looking forward to
removing their testicles so that the two of them could better serve
the Lord.
Kevin and Ryan had asked Dr. Smith to schedule their
castrations for the same time when he had examined them last week.
If they reached Stage 3 at the same time, boys sometimes asked to be
castrated in the same room with a close friend so that they could
each watch the others balls being removed. Boys often wanted to
watch another boy being castrated. While he knew that STB clinics in
some cities had larger operating rooms and frequently castrated
groups of up to four or Þve boys at the same time, Dr. Smith only
permitted fathers and sons or bothers to be castrated together.
Kevin and Ryan were disappointed that they couldnt watch each other
being castrated but had understood when they were told that their
castrations could be scheduled for the same time, but would have to
be in separate operating rooms.
