Dear Diary,
		I had the most wonderful day today. It started out 
to be just another boring day at school. During fifth period 
algebra Ms Johnson the English teacher came in and whispered 
something into Ms Wilson's ear. Ms Wilson pump her fist and under 
her breath I could hear her go "yes"!  Ms Wilson then announced to 
the class that there's to be no test today and that all the boys 
were to follow Ms Johnson to the auditorium. 
		After the last boy left the room Ms Wilson turned 
to us and said "I have some good news for you girls, those five 
guys on trial for raping and murdering the little Adams girl, they 
were all just convicted". We all cheered. Ms Wilson looked at her 
watch, "in approximately an hour an a half they'll be put to death 
in Washington square and we are all invited to attend". Again we 
cheered. April Stevens, the girl that sits next to me raised her 
hand, "Ms Wilson, how do they plan to execute them"? A big smile 
came across Ms Wilson's face, "well, if what I heard is true 
they're gonna all have there penises cut off". The room erupted in 
applause, we all stood and cheered, we pumped our fists into the 
air, "YES" we shouted, we gave each other hi-fives, we hugged and 
danced and jumped up and down. 
		After allowing our little celebration to go on for 
five minutes or so Ms Wilson motioned to us to be quiet and to sit 
down. When we finally settled into our seats she continued, "we're 
taking the boys to the auditorium to watch a movie, it would be 
cruel to have them witness your reactions, boys are very sensitive 
when it comes to their penises", a low giggle spread across the 
room. She was in the middle of telling us not to tease them the 
next time we see them when a high pitched squeal erupted from the 
room next door. "I guess they've been told" Ms Wilson remarked. The 
excitement was too much and we all got up and celebrated again. As 
each  applause would settle down another room would suddenly erupt 
and we'd all cheer again. 
		Finally, when the whole school had been informed 
the principal Ms Harris came on the intercom, " ladies, by now 
you've all been informed about the verdict at Essex county 
courthouse, for all those that wish to attend there'll be buses 
arriving in half an hour to take you to Washington square, for 
those that don't you may join the boys in the auditorium, I think 
they're watching old superbowl films". She went on, "as someone who 
has witnessed a man being emasculated I must tell you it's not a 
pretty sight". Ms Wilson winked at us and said "she hasn't stopped 
talking about it either". The principal continued, "I expect you 
all to act like ladies and while we're waiting for the buses I'll 
put on the local news".
		She patched in WHAV and after the weather and an 
endless string of ads a woman's voice came on, " To recap our top 
stories, the men known as the Hilldale five were all convicted and 
sentenced to death, Ms Jenny Adams the mother of the victim was 
given the opportunity to carry out the executions in any one of the 
several methods the law allows. We go now to Ms Jill St. James live 
at Essex county courthouse". "Thank-you Liz, from the moment the 
verdict was reached Essex county courthouse has been a complete mad 
house, hoards of women have gathered to show their support for the 
verdict. When the sentence was announced this place went absolutely 
crazy. The NOW crowd has been the most vocal group shouting "cut 
their penises off", their reaction was undescrible when they were 
informed that's what was intended for them. Women of all walks of 
life are showing up, many of them holding kitchen knives and making 
a slow sawing motion". 
		The report went to bunch of commercials and we all 
talked among out selves. April turned to me and said she can't 
believe we're actually gonna see men get their penises cut off. I 
asked her if she was excited and she said she was dripping. "Me 
too" I said. Then I asked her how she thought the men would react, 
"I don't know" she said, "If their as strong and brave as they 
always claim they are I suppose they'll take it like a man".  I 
looked at her and said "I bet they cry like little babies". She 
smiled and said "your probably right". 
		After the commercials were over and a quick traffic 
report Liz came back on. "We go now to Linda Evans who was in the 
courtroom at the time of the verdict". "Thank you Liz. It's a 
frenzied atmosphere here inside Essex county courtroom, earlier as 
the five men waited for the verdict they appeared visibly shaken, 
three of the men were trembling so violently they needed assistance 
from court officers to stand. Two of them were sobbing"! I turned 
to April and smiled, she looked at me and said, "I guess your 
right" and gave me a high-five. "When the verdict was read", the 
report went on, " all five began sobbing and begging the court for 
mercy". The class began to laugh and high-fives started going 
around the room. Ms Wilson smiled and shock her head "men" she 
said, "when will they learn". 
		Principal Harris came on the intercom again and 
told us the buses were here and that we were to report to the front 
of the school in an orderly fashion. As we boarded our bus it 
appeared that not a single girl was willing to miss this and spend 
the day with the boys watching football films.
