I hate this city, it fucking stinks. Some days I swear that I 
could walk faster to work. There are far too many cars still 
on the roads even with the current restrictions on cars. I¹m 
just lucky that I¹m exempt for the odd/ even day licence 
numbers law. I guess all the years spent in med school are 
good for something.

  Don¹t get me wrong it was my choice to live and work in Sao 
Paolo well the IRS and that trumped up malpractice charge had 
a part in my choice, but still there just are too many fucking 
people living here. The one thing that really burns my butt 
are all the street kids. I mean if these people want to fuck 
around the least they could do is use some protection, but no 
it¹s against the catholic church. So instead they go around 
making babies like fucking rabbits and then through them out 
into the streets to fend for themselves a few years later. Ask 
anyone on the streets here and they will tell you the kids are 
a serious problem. Petty crimes, gang muggings where a large 
number of them swarm you so you don't even have a chance to 
fight back. 

    Now watch as I pull in here at my own clinic¹s parking 
garage there will be a group of them to greet me and ask me 
for protection money to ensure that my Bends will be safe all 
day while I¹m at work. If I don¹t give them the equivalent of 
five or ten bucks they will thrash my car.  I¹m already 
missing all of it¹s emblems, it¹s a given that in Brazil hood 
ornaments rarely last much beyond the dealer¹s lots.  See here

     Paying off these kids is part of the cost of living down 
here. I¹ve been here three years now and I¹m doing pretty good 
for myself. I¹m getting well known for my plastic surgery 
around here. Making friends by doing favours is part of  the 
networking  here. Lets just say that some of my law 
enforcement friends have a way of letting me get pay back from  
these street kids once in a while. I get to pick out a few 
boys and my friends will bring them to me late at night. I 
like to use them as research specimens, try out some new 
techniques.

I should tell you about Hugo, a boy they brought to me a year 
ago. About 13 at the time, of European decent with an olive 
complexion,  long dirty blond hair and stunning greenish blue 
eyes,  a real pretty boy if I ever saw one. His body was well 
developed  and tone in all the right places. Hitler would have 
loved to have that boy in his army. 

When they brought him to me he had been beaten quite badly, 
but still he was fighting with them so I had to administer a 
tranquilliser to calm him down.  It took two shots to make him 
docile. I locked him down and shared a few drinks, some laughs 
with my  law enforcement friends till they left my place just 
before day break.  I cleaned him up burned his old clothes 
gave him a few stitches under his left eye.  I kept him locked 
down till he recovered from his addictions. Like a lot of 
these kids he took drugs from crack to sniffing paints and 
glues depending on what he could afford at any given time. I 
could have given him something to help him along but I enjoy 
watching them suffer through all of the withdrawal symptoms, 
besides some of these boys will give you great head if they 
think you are about to give them a fix of glue or something.  
I like to hear them beg and plead, and then they get nasty and 
threaten me with all kinds of death threats.
It took Hugo a good month, five or six weeks at any rate to 
get over his addictions. I still can¹t get over how pretty he 
was once I had him all cleaned up, but man did this kid have a 
temper. 

The first thing to do with these boys is to break their 
spirits and teach them who has control. Hugo had a well 
developed cock and average balls in his tight sac. A lot of 
the pretty boys that I get if they are still young enough and 
not to well developed I will castrated them and then do what 
is called a penile inversion making a neo-vagina out of the 
penile skin and gland. Pretty boys make very pretty girls, and 
fetch good money on the market. With Hugo he was a bit too 
well developed to make a girl, or at least a passable one that 
could fetch a good price. 

For Hugo I cut out his entire penis and all of it¹s errectile 
tissue along with his testicles and scrotum. I relocated his 
urethra near his anus then I stitched him up leaving only a 
very small vertical scar where his package had been. At his 
age the scars will eventually disappear completely leaving him 
looking like he had been born that way. Plus it is always nice 
to add a complete set to my collection. I have numerous jars 
filled with balls but very few complete sets.

While his convalescence from that minor surgery was going well 
he took a swing at me when I had let my guard down, I got one 
heck of a shinner from that kid. That night I took him back 
into my surgery to teach him a lesson.   There was no way that 
kid was ever going to take a swing at anyone else.  I thought 
of amputating his hands then thought that the stumps could 
still be used to  punch with so I choose to remove  both his 
arms entirely.  It took me about 6 hours per arm to remove and 
from a nice pad of skin and muscle in the socket where his 
arms had been and to make both sides aesthetically pleasing 
and a perfect match.  

the next evening I took great pleasure in arranging his 
severed arms by his side in his bed so that when he wakes he 
will see his hands by his sides. When he did wake up I asked 
him if he could move his hands for me, when he realised that 
he could not even make them twitch, I took hold of his left 
hand and pulled his severed arm out from under the sheet and 
tossed it on the floor then did the same with the other and 
told him that since he could not move them for me that he no 
longer needed them. He freaked and kicked about  crying, to no 
use since he was tied down firmly. I had finally broke his 
spirit.

He recovered well and took to training like a fish to water. I 
got a good price for him on the market, I think he is 
somewhere in Saudi now. I get a few calls for boys done up 
like Hugo, some even want their boy¹s to have no limbs at all 
and others still prefer them to just be neutered and well 
trained.
