The wars had been over for quite a number of years.  Men, in their 
wisdom, had stored enough sperm to last for generations.  Then they 
met WOMYN.  Prudence led to destruction...ultimately the penis won 
the war for womyn.  

RAPE is a cry that must be abolished.  

Sevaral solutions had been considered;

Piercing the penis and chaining it to a navel piercing was a popular 
solutio...it did NOT work.  That digusting protrusion still existed

There was a plan though.

After much debate it was decided that all males would be confirmed as 
"Beneath Humane".  Then, their fully exposed testicles would be 
available for anyone to kick,spit jackboot or anything else at.

After that, assuming the worms survived the screams,  The first 
mystery,  

A Marine basic shower from head to neck.  Basic traning has a 
punishment.  That Womyn with hia razor blade around the family...HEY!  
That's clooooooooooooooose.  The Private was so proud...My first 
nutting.  She played "The Nutcracker" afterwards.
