Ann and her husband Adam were on their way to his libido reduction operation. As Ann maneuvered her car through traffic, Adam made one more plea for her to turn around.

“Honey, we’re doing this for both our good”, said Ann. “You know that your sex drive is excessive and this is the only permanent solution to our problem. Removing your testicles will calm you down so that we can have a relationship that is more on an even keel.”

Ann and Adam had been married for 20 years and sex was always something that they negotiated, Ann wanting less of it and Adam always more. Ann was deft at always getting something in return for satisfying her husband, usually his agreement to not complain about her spending money on one thing or another. But now, Ann found herself wanting fewer things and sex was often unpleasant for her anymore rather than something that she enjoyed. All she wanted from Adam most of the time was for him to cuddle next to her at night. But such intimacy would only encourage Adam to ask for sex again. For Ann, having Adam adjusted was the answer to this dilemma.

“You know that Jen’s husband Bob was fixed some time ago and their relationship appears to be very close and loving”, said Ann. “There’s nothing to be apprehensive about. After it’s over, you’ll ask yourself what all the fuss was about.”

Adam knew about Bob. On the outside, he appeared like any other male but Bob’s wife Jen, Ann’s best friend, had confided in her that her husband had a bilateral orchiectomy several years ago when it was discovered that he had testicular cancer.

“Jen tells me how much better their relationship is since Bob was done. He is a much more attentive husband. They still are able to make love together whenever Jen is in the mood and Jen says that Bob doesn’t miss it other times”, said Ann. “It is the perfect answer to what we have been searching for.”

Adam thought about how he got himself into this predicament. It’s true that he had been asking Ann more and more for sex in recent years. It had to be that as he got older he was subconsciously trying to sow his oats while he still could. He never thought that Ann would react the way she did and demand that he be fixed to modify his behavior if he wanted to stay married to her. In the end, he had no option but to go along with her demand.

Eventually, Ann pulled into a parking lot next to a medical office park that Adam had previously visited for his pre-op consultation. His first visit had been surreal as he and Ann were interviewed by the intake clerk who asked about their reasons for Adam wanting to be castrated. Adam got the impression that the middle-aged woman doing the evaluation was more receptive to what Ann had to say than she was with him and he wondered if the woman's husband was already fixed.

That same visit, Adam also was examined by the doctor, a thirty-something, attractive female who introduced herself as Dr. Renee. When it came time to examine his genitals, she did so in a matter-off-act manner, despite Adam’s involuntary erection. “Both of your testicles appear to be perfect for removal. I don’t expect any complications”, she related. “Our clinic has performed many of these operations and we have had excellent outcomes for all our patients. Any negative side effects from the procedure we can easily control by the administration of testosterone.”

Now, after being admitted, Adam disrobed and was strapped down to the table in the clinic’s operating room by the cute nurse whom Adam first met and flirted with during his initial visit. “How many of these operations had she already assisted in”, he thought to himself, as the nurse prepped him for the doctor. “What does she tell her boyfriend or husband about them?” Ironically, despite what was about to be done to him, Adam sported a huge hard-on, with pre-cum oozing out, which the nurse securely taped to his abdomen.

When he was ready, in walked Dr. Renee in her medical scrubs. The nurse had put Adam’s legs in stirrups so that they were now raised high and spread apart so that the doctor had an unobstructed access to Adam’s scrotum. A mirror hung over the operating area so that Adam could witness what was being done to him.

“Adam, I’m going to give you a few shots to numb any pain”, said Dr. Renee. Adam flinched as a needle was inserted into each of his balls.

After the doctor was sure of the numbing effect of the anesthesia, the doctor made a small, one-inch slit on the left side of his scrotum that was large enough for her to insert her gloved finger inside to manipulate out Adam’s testicle. While the nurse stretched the cord, Dr. Renee slid his now half-empty sack up the cord as far as possible and attached two clamps to it. With the nurse still holding Adam’s exposed testicle and cord taut, the doctor snipped it from his body. After cauterizing the wound, the doctor turned her attention to Adam’s remaining testicle.

“This is a momentous occasion for you”, said the doctor to Adam as she pulled out his second ball. “With the removal of your gonads, you will find yourself to be a new person in many respects. I know that you will recall this experience for the rest of your life.” And, as the nurse continued to assist her, Adam saw the doctor make her final snip, and the cute nurse seemingly smiled at him from behind her mask as she held his now severed second testicle in her hand.

It’s been six months since Adam’s emasculation. Ann controls the amount of T that he receives so that she can have sex with him when she wants. Adam is now fully recovered from his ordeal. He thinks to himself, “Ann was right. What was I so concerned about?”
