Penis constriction is a way of permanently wrecking the penis of a growing male. I am pleased to say it is still done in some boys homes and youth prisons.
To constrict a penis, first fit a metal ring over the base, pressing into the abdomen (you will probably have to shave him). It should fit snugly round the penis. Another ring goes round the shafe and another just behind the glans. The foreskin is pulled back first on uncircumcized boys. Two wires attached to this ring are looped over the glans and two more attach it to the ring at the base. Fuinally the base ring is sown into the skin. The penis is now completely trapped in snug fitting metal which is never removed. At first the boy just feels a little uncomfortable. Within a few days he is very troubled because he cannot masturbate, or even have erections. Then, as the penis trys to grow rapidly through puberty, it gets hemmed in by the metal. It bulges out through and the boy watches helplesly as his penis becomes totally miss-shapen over the long teen years. The rings and wires are not too thin, about 1 mm so they press against the penis without cutting it. The rings have a bulge by the urethra so the boy can pee normally. Even if the metal is removed in adulthood, the penis is premanently deformed and the wounds where the metal pressed do not fade. With or without the metal on, the man can not use his penis to satisfy his sexual needs. Boys homes and other institutions in many countries have used this method on thousands of young penises and they have refined the process. This is a version from catholic Eastern Europe. The boy is fitted on his 13th birthday. For maximum mental and phsyical effect he is kept chaste before the event, one week for each centimetre of his erection. On his birthday all the boys are assembled in the main hall. He is tied naked between two posts, arms and legs spread. The lucky boy is given a nice birthday present, one last, long erection.The staff stimulate hiserogenous zones and tickle his genitals with a feather. The erection is kept going for an hour and then left to slowly subside (the staff make sure the boy does not cum. If he does he is severely punished and sent back for a double chastity period and the event is repeated). The frustrated young penis takes a long time to become totally soft. Once it has completely shrunk back the rings are fitted. There is only one size of ring and one permitted length, if a boys penis is too big for his age he is still forced into the standard size. Boys coming up to 13 sit in the front row so they can see the procedure in detail. All under 13's are free to masturbate so they discover its joys and develop their sex urges like any other male. But they know what is going to happen to them. The boy remains standing while the other boys are forced to file past and hold his genitals in their hands for a few seconds each.
