The street was quiet on this early summer day. It was a holiday today, no school. Some kids were playing on the street - others hadn't even gotten up yet. That is when the van started down the street. The van had the mark of the God Jainus - the government's symbol of the program.

Perhaps some explanation of the significance of Jainus and to this tale. Many years ago we had use of a device known as a Stargate. It could be used to travel to distant planets. There was an agressive symbiotic species that ruled over man - their slaves. This one particular God known only as the 'System Lord Jainus' had this propensity for castrating all dissenters before executing them. Long after we defeated Jainus and her confederates our planet fell into chaos. A new dark age started and lasted for a thousand years. Our society rose up out of that chaos.

Inheriting from our ancestors their pantheon of gods, the government uses them for different purposes. This is the story of Jainus.

As the van approached a few young boys, they noticed it and started running. They didn't get very far though as a stunning force knocked them out. The boys knew better than to shout out a warning to others - it would be worst for themselves.

Troops from the van started to go from house to house rounding up all of the boys upto a cetain age. Within half an hour they had close to 100 boys sitting in a makeshift cage.

"Boys of Milkshafer Street, you have been selected by the God Jainus to be inducted into The Program" a commander announced.

One of the boys in the cage blurted out "But I am not from this street."

The commander annoyed replied, "You only had to be here to be chosen for this honour."

With that the process was to start, "Everybody is to now remove their clothing and lay it down on the ground." Then the boys started to comply - slowly.

The boys obviously felt a measure of shame. Showing the penis in public is obscene, showing the ass is completely normal. It is actually common for men and boys to wear clothing that hides the penis but shows their ass completely.

One by one the boys were taken to a special area inside the van. All of the boys, who went in, had a huge erection. The first thing done was a spray on their private area to remove any hair. With quick action a device was attached to the base of their testicles - the scrotal lock.

The scrotal lock is castration without removal of testicles. The device works such that testicles still produce sperm, and testosterone but none of that leaves through the lock intact. So the boys are eunuchs, but not in the true sense of the word.

A device is implanted in their prostates to assist in the conversion. The penis is then covered with a phallal plate preventing their personal use of the penis. The plate has a hole from which the hole in the end of the penis is directed towards with some plumbing.

One side effect the eunuchs have to face is the increase in semen production. They are still completely sterile, but some growth factors have yet had to deal with. The penis also grows, but beyond that they are the typical eunuch.

Every hour the device in their prostate causes an immediate ejaculation to rid it of the excess semen produced. Waves of pleasure go through the eunuch's mind as it happens.

After all of the eunuchs are released they are informed that they are not to wear any other clothing but shoes and hat. They must be identifiable. If they are deemed viable breeders when they are older from school then they are released frorm their bondage and start having sex.

Those that are deemed unviable are immediately clipped by their locks.
