Billy lasted 17 days on the Safe Sexual Practices Programme. He took Matron aside after breakfast, he was walking sort of stooped over.

It was decided that Billy would be castrated in the barn, as all the seating was already set up. The girls scrubbed and disinfected the area under Nurse Carters direction. Dr Graham had had an exam table brought down to the barn, as Nurse Carter secured Billy to the table, the rest of the staff started to drift in, all naked, even Mrs Watson.
Matron spoke to the group " This is a special day for all of us, Billy will become a regular member of stall. You girls will see a man castrated. Amy and Lisa, who knew Billy at the Orphanage will make the final cut. I have put all the girls names in a hat and Dr Graham will draw 2 names to shave Billy".
Helen and Sasha won the draw, guided by Nurse Carter they took turns with the razor and holding the skin tight. Billy rose to the challenge and make it all the way to half mast. Amy and Lisa had donned caps and masks and came to stand beside Dr Graham and Nurse Carter.
Dr Graham proceeded to freeze Billy's package. She then took a marking pen and marked the skin. " Cut on dotted line.............." She poked Billy with a needle "Feel anything " she asked billy." Not a thing" was the reply. Dr Graham told the girls that Amy and Lisa were going to cut the bottom off Billy's scrotum and the girls could file past for a look after the testicles were exposed. Amy and Lisa took turns with the scalple and soon the girls were getting close look at Billy's still attached testicles.
Dr Graham tied off the cords and handed a pair of snips to Amy who cut off Billy's left testicle that Nurse Carter and Dr Graham were holding up between their gloved fingers. The snips were passed to Lisa and Billy's right testicle joined its mate in the little bowl.
The girls gave Billy a cheer and filed past, each kissing him on the forehead. The girls and Mrs Watson headed off to get breakfast ready as Dr Graham finished stitching Billy. Billy had a happy smile on his face as he drifted off to sleep.
