The sign said "Camp Meeting Tonight at 8:00 in the Big Tent. Brother Willy Mundy will speak on "The Sins of Onan and Sodom" Adults only. No One Under 18 Admitted. Admission 20 cts " Brother Willy Mundy was always punctual. At exactly 8:00 PM, he stepped out onto the stage and started speaking. The tent was filled to its capacity of 600 seats and 200 standees. Some of them would probably flee in horror and dismay before he was done. "Those of you who have heard my sermons before" he began, "already know about the pangs of Hell. Tonight I'm only goin' to talk about the ones reserved for three kinds of sinners, onanists, sodomites, and catamites. All of them sin in the same way, tryin' to evade God's will, but God don't let himself be mocked. There are really eleven commandments. The first one God gave to his entire creation long before the time of Moses. It is "Be fruitful and multiply." For that purpose, God gave men testicles or "stones" to make seed to make a woman have babies. And he gave men a virile member to insert that seed into a woman's womb where the baby would grow. And, to be sure that men would plant their seed in the wombs of women and be fruitful and multiply, he made the act of planting the seed a source of great pleasure. This was God's plan and this is God's will. But some men think only of the pleasure and waste their seed for their own enjoyment evadin' God's plan and tryin' to thwart God's will. Onan refused to get his brother's widow with child but, rather, spilt his seed on the ground. God destroyed him for his disobedience. Nowadays, men and boys spill their seed on the ground or into the privy and waste it for their own pleasure, not to propagate the race. They think that, because they're not struck dead on the spot as Onan was, God doesn't notice or care. Fools ! 'God doth note the sparrow's fall'. Nothin' you do escapes God's attention. The sin of Onanism carries its own consequences, and you know what the wages of sin is. DEATH ! Wasting your seed for pleasure rots your brain and plunges you into the dark night of idiocy and thence into death.You do not escape God's wrath just because you are not struck dead instantly. Your punishmnt goes on in the next world throughout all eternity. In Hell, when you stroke your member seekin' pleasure, it ain't your seed that gushes forth, it's liquid FIRE ! And you cain't stop bringin' it forth in agony, FOREVER. But, there's an even viler and eviler way for a man to waste his seed, a worse way for a man to mock God's intention that his living creation should be fruitful and multiply. In the Garden of Eden, God noticed that Adam was lonesome and so he created a woman, Eve, as a helpmeet and companion for him. God didn't create another man for Adam. He didn't create a boy for Adam. NO, he created a woman. A woman for him to a love, a woman, as it turned out to be after the Fall, to bear him children so that Man might also be fruitful and multiply. And this , too, was God's plan, that men and women should love each other and join their flesh to produce offspring for them to love and to take care of them in their old age. And God saw that it was good. And it is good. But, Satan always seeks to interfere and to try to spoil everything God plans. Satan plants an unnatural lust in the minds of some men so that instead of loving women and joining with them, these men lust after other men and boys and seek to join their bodies with THEM, in vile unnatural embraces and filthy couplings. These men seek to use men and boys as women and some of these men desire to be used as if they were women. The boys are often innocent until corrupted and ruined by these evil men. These were the sins of Sodom and Gomorrah, for which God destroyed those two cities and every one of their inhabitants. And the sin of a man's using other males for his pleasure as if they were women is thus called Sodomy and the sinner a sodomite. The man or boy who suffers his body to be defiled by a man is called a catamite. These are worse sinners than onanists for they make a mockery of the divinely ordained love between a man and a woman. Their eternal punishment in Hell is so much the worse than that of the onanist. The catamite who derives a disgusting unnatural pleasure through being penetrated per rectum by the member of a man or who (I can hardly bring myself to speak these words.) sucks a man's member and drinks his seed, has special torments reserved for him in Hell. Like the onanist, the sodomite pours out liquid fire and the catamilte drinks liquid fire. Instead of the flesh of a man's member in his nether opening, he feels a WHITE-HOT IRON ROD driven into him by one of Satan's imps. And this pain continues ETERNALLY ! Brother, even if you are one of those vile sinners, do not despair. Despair is lack of faith. Always, Jesus makes clear before you a pathway to redemption. Even you can be saved. Many of you probably don't know what the word "eunuch" means. A eunuch is a gelded man. This is still being done to men in heathen countries like Arabia for the convenience of the princes. But, hear what Matther 19:12 has to say about eunuchs. 'There be those who were born eunuchs out of their mothers' wombs, and there are those who are made eunuchs by men, and there be those who have made themselves eunuchs for the Kingdom of Heaven's sake.He who is able to receive it, let him receive it.' These are the words of our Saviour. It is clear that he doesn't disapprove of men making themselves eunuchs for the Kingdom of Heaven's sake. If he did, would he not have said so. Instead, he says 'He who is able to receive it, let him receive it." There, brother, there is your pathway to redemption. In every town I have visited, there is at least one good Christian doctor who is ready and willing to help sinners quench their unnatural lust by making them eunuchs. In this town, a doctor whom I have known for years offers this service to you. His name is Doctor Alexander L. Adams. Now is the time to change your life, to free yourself from the sick lust which drives you to such unspeakable sins, before you pile yet a further burden of transgressions on yourself. God bless you and grant you the strength to have yourselves cured." The next morning, fourteen men who had decided to give up their indulgence in unnatural practices forever waited outside the door of Dr. Adams' office to have themselves made into eunuchs for the Kingdom of Heaven's sake. In subsequent weeks, nine of these eunuchs proselytized among their friends who were given to the same vices as they had been and brought yet another six former sodomites, catamites, and onanists to Jesus and thereby to salvation.
