CONTRACT OF TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF PENIS,TESTICLES AND BALL SACK TO AND THE NULLIFICATION OF STEVE MOORE BY CLIFF JAMES TITLE AND PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT 1.1 This agreement shall be known by the title of Contract of nullification of Steve Moore (the Contract) and is made between Steve Moore of the Hunter Valley in NSW Australia and Cliff James of Hobart in Tasmania Australia. 1.2 The purpose of this agreement is to transfer the Ownership of the genitals presently attached and belonging to Moore to James (the Owner) and define the extent and nature of genital alteration that Moore agrees to have inflicted on him at the hands of the Owner or any person to whom Owner may transfer his rights under this contract. 1.3 Moore acknowledges that this agreement has full force in law and serves as evidence that he agrees to the execution of this agreement which it acknowledges may result in the destruction and removal of its cock and the diminution of his sexual function and its total nullification. 2. DEFINITIONS 2.1 Notwithstanding subclause 2.2, the following definitions apply to this agreement and are to be used in any notices, correspondence, negotiations, schedules or annexes to this agreement: Steer means the person whose genitals may be removed under this agreement balls or nuts means the left and right testicles; beheading or de-knobbing means the excision or removal of the glans penis; body modification means genital alteration; castration means excision of testicles and scrotum; circumcision means the excision of the foreskin; cock means a penis with a glans penis; cock chopping, lopping or de-horning means the act of shortening the cock by excision; cock head, knob, helmet or mushroom means the glans penis; cords means the spermatic tubes, ligaments and blood vessels attaching the testicles to the body; damage is the partial loss of sexual function of, or sensation in, un-excised genitals; de-balling means the excision of both testicles; destruction means the elimination of sexual function of, or sensation in, of un-excised genitals; dick means a beheaded or lopped penis; elastration means modification using elastrator stock bands; eunuch means a person who has been subjected to emasculation; foreskin means the penile shaft skin that may extend over the glans penis, if present, and down the shaft of the cock or dick. Steer(with a small s)means the act of eliminating reproductive function by damage, destruction or excision of the testicles, or refers to a person after such modification; genital alteration is defined to be the permanent marking, modification, destruction or removal of the genitals of the subject or Gelding; genital set refers to the genitals as a collective and indivisible entity of the subject or Gelding; genitals include to be the scrotum, left and right testicles, penis shaft, glans penis, and foreskin of the subject or Gelding; man means a person with two testicles, scrotum and penis with glans penis, he may have genital piercings but must not be damaged or subincised; modification can be, but is not be limited to, any combination of permanent: marking, tattooing, branding, cutting, scarring, infibulation or piercing, denervation; destruction or excision; notice means a notice as defined in clause 20 nullification means the destruction or excision of the entire genital set; Owner means the person entitled by this agreement, as defined in clause 5, to execute the terms of the agreement by removing Moores penis or any part thereof without further agreement from the subject or Gelding; re-balling means the installation of ornamental steel balls within the empty scrotum, or externally in the absence of a scrotum; re-circumcision means the excision of further foreskin from a circumcised cock or dick; re-heading or re-knobbing means the installation of an ornamental steel cock head on a dick; sac, purse or pouch means the scrotum; subincision means the incision, cutting or opening left by incision into the ureter of the penis; testicular inspection means the opening of the scrotum and the external displaying of the testicles by the Owner for the purpose of inspecting, measuring and photographing of the testicles; 2.2 Any term not defined in subclause 1.1 shall have the meaning as interpreted by the Owner. 3. SUBJECT OR STEER 3.1 The subject or Steer of this agreement is Steve Moore of the Hunter Valley in NSW, Australia, herein after referred to as the Gelding/Steer. 3.2 The full contact details of the Steer are to be provided to the Owner named in clause 5 within 30 days of notification by the Owner that he accepts the terms of the agreement. 4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUBJECT OR GELDING 4.1 The Steer must comply with the terms of this agreement. 4.2 Failure to comply with the terms of the agreement may invoke the penalties in clause 23 at the discretion of the Owner. 5. OWNER 5.1 The Owner is Cliff James of Hobart in Tasmania, Australia or such other person as defined in subclause 5.2. 5.2 Subject to subclause 5.3, the Owner may, without warning and at any time by notice to the Gelding, renounce his position as Owner and appoint another person as Owner. 5.3 The Owner must be a man, gelding, boy or eunuch. 6. RIGHTS OF THE OWNER 6.1 The Steer irrevocably grants to the Owner all the rights, entitlements and privileges described in this agreement. 7. GENITAL OWNERSHIP BY THE OWNER 7.1 Upon commencement of this agreement, title and Ownership of the genitals of the Steer passes irrevocably to the Owner. 7.2 The Owner retains title to the genitals of the Steer after excision or destruction of the penis or any part thereof. 7.3 The Steer must seek the written permission of the Owner to alter in any way its genitals. 8. EXISTING GENITALS, ALTERATIONS AND MARKINGS 8.1 At commencement of this agreement, the Steer certifies that the following genitals are attached it: a) left and right nipple tips; b) a circumcised cock; c) left and right testicles; and d) scrotum. 8.2 At commencement of this agreement, the Steer certifies the cock attached to it is circumcised. 8.3 At commencement of this agreement, the Steer certifies the left testicle attached to it has no nerve damage. 8.4 At commencement of this agreement, the Steer certifies the right testicle attached to it has no nerve damage. 8.5 At commencement of this agreement, the Steer certifies the scrotum attached to it has not been nerve damaged. 9. ALTERATIONS BY THE OWNER OR NOMINEE 9.1 The Owner, or a nominee appointed by notice under clause 21 may with out further notice forcibly carry out the alterations described in clauses 10 and 11, using but not restricted to the methods in clause 12. 9.2 The Owner may appoint by notice to another man, boy or neuter to assist the Owner or to carry out this agreement. 10. COMPULSORY ALTERATIONS 10.1 The Steer agrees it will be forcibly altered by the removal of all of its genitals or any lesser part thereof at the Owners absolute discretion 11. OPTIONAL ALTERATIONS 11.1 The Steer agrees that it may be forcibly altered by: excision of the cock head; subincision; branding of the knob; removal of testicles (with or without sack) or any other interim alteration(s) the Owner may wish to carry out 12. METHODS OF ALTERATION 12.1 The Owner shall chose the methods of alteration which may include but are not restricted to the use of: knives and cleavers; scalpels or other medical items; scissors and shears; ropes, leather thongs and wire ties; elastrators, burdizzos and other veterinary equipment. 13. EXCISION OF JEWELLERY 13.1 The Owner has the right to excise any of the steers genital jewellery which may be attached to it at the time of removal. 14. ALTERATION SCENE 14.1 All alteration scenes will be SM scenes, and at the Owners discretion, may be forced. 14.2 The alteration scene may be recorded by video and still photography. 14.3 At the Owners discretion, the Steer may be restrained, gagged, shaved head to foot during the alteration scene. 14.4 At the Owners discretion, the Steer may be permitted to engage in sexual activity and may be permitted to reach orgasm during the alteration scene. 14.5 During the alteration scene the Owner shall ignore requests and pleas by the Steer to stop. 14.6 The Steer may be altered in the presence of others. 14.7 The alteration scene may be a group scene involving others. The Steer may be required to alter or assist the Owner with the alteration of other Geldings during the scene. The Steer may be altered by other men or Geldings during the scene. 14.8 The Geldings statements, requests and answers to questions during the alteration scene will be taken as full and irrevocable permission to alter it according to such statements, requests or answers. 14.9 The alteration scene will be chosen by the Owner and may include but not be restricted to one or more of the following It being noted that (a) is that requested by the steer: a) Farm or veterinary: eg chained by the PA onto a timber castrating horse, stripped and tied to a farm yard post - either inside a farm building or outside in a field b) In a cattle yard or saleyard with the Steer naked and tied to the rails in whatever position the Owner decides c) Execution: eg kneeling before a genital chopping block or guillotine; standing noosed waiting for amputation; or noosed and strung up by the balls. d) Medieval or other torture: eg genital racking and other genital excision. e) Kidnap or Rape: eg hooding, gagging, restraint and rape followed by removal of all or parts of the steers genitals. 14.10 Following the removal of the genitals (or any parts thereof) the Owner shall be responsible to ensure that the Steer is healthy, able to urinate in whatever way the Owner decides and to ensure that the wound is properly healed. 14.11 The Owner has the right at any time to inspect or have inspected on his behalf the genital set (or what may remain of it) presently attached to the Gelding. 14.12 The Owner has the right to shave (or require the Steer to shave) any part of the Geldings body below the neck. If the Steer carries out the shaving it shall if required forward the shaved hair to the Owner as proof of the shaving. 15. PLACE OF ALTERATION 15.1 The Steer may suggest places of alteration to the Owner. 15.2 The place of alteration shall be chosen by the Owner. 16. CLEANING, DISPOSAL AND POSSESSION OF EXCISED GENITALS 16.1 The Steer will, on instruction from the Owner, clean genitals excised from it or other Geldings in its mouth. 16.2 The Steer will, on instruction from the Owner, lick, chew and or swallow genitals and or semen excised or extracted from it or other Geldings. 16.3 The Steer will, on instruction from the Owner, destroy, cook or otherwise dispose of genitals excised from it or other Geldings. 16.4 The Owner may retain and preserve or destroy genitals excised from the Gelding. 16.5 With the permission of the Owner, the Steer may retain and preserve genitals and or semen excised or extracted from it or other Geldings. 17. COMMENCEMENT AND PERIOD OF THE AGREEMENT 17.1 This agreement shall commence upon assent by the Steer by the fixing of its signature. 17.2 The agreement will remain in effect until the Owner terminates it by notice to the Steer, or until the genitals of the Steer have been totally removed and disposed of or destroyed. 18. VARIATION OF THE AGREEMENT 18.1 The Owner may vary the agreement at any time by notice under clause 20. 18.2 The Steer can not vary this agreement but may request variations by the Owner. 19. NOTICES, MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDING AND ANNEXURES 19.1 Any correspondence or electronic mail between the Steer and Owner is deemed to constitute a notice, memorandum of understanding or annexure to this agreement. 20. TRANSFER OF AGREEMENT 20.1 The Owner has the right at any time, by notice to another man, gelding, boy or neuter, to transfer the agreement and all its rights and privileges irrevocably to that person who shall then become the Owner. 21. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT 21.1 In the event of any dispute about the terms of this agreement the views and decisions of the Owner shall prevail. 22. DEFAULT BY THE SUBJECT OR STEER 22.1 In the event of a breach of this agreement by the Steer, the Owner is entitled to emasculate the Steer or excise as much of its genitals as the Owner sees fit. 24 ASSENT BY SIGNATURE 24.1 The Steer acknowledges that this agreement has full force in law and is effectively a statement of intent and desire for sexually damaging genital alteration to be forcibly inflicted on it and gives effect to this agreement by the following signature: ________________________ ______________________ (signature of Steer (thumb print of Steer) signed on the _____________ day in the month of _____________ in the year of ______________________. |
