          “Question 3) Make my genital area completely smooth (no vagina at all). Answer) Yes, depending on you, if you don't want vaginal opening. Are you sure you don't want vagina?

          “Question 4)  Preserve my removed testicles, scrotum and penis in water and ice for my boyfriend to look after and take home with him to Canada.  Answer) Yes, you can.

          “Question 5)  Healing time. Answer)  It will be around 3 weeks after surgery.

          “Question 6)  Consider breast implants after genital healing. Answer) All right, up to your decision.”

          Return email to Thailand SRS MD:    

          “Thank you for answering that all of my SRS requests are OK with you.  I will send the letter that my Toronto psychiatric doctor agrees that all points 1,2,3,4,5,6 are correct, and I will send deposit.”

          Return email from the Bangkok SRS MD:

          “I need this letter and all of your health documents to support your surgery with your photo too to Pichet MD Thailand.

          “General information:  The cost for SRS scrotal skin graft or abdominal skin graft is 5,000 USD.  SRS colon-cut surgery is 6,000 USD.  The procedure, technique and result is for Scrotal Graft Technique Vaginoplasty (this surgery is for case the weight is over 200 lbs but not over 225 lbs. If the case is more than 200lbs, the cost will be charged as extra 1,000 USD.

          “Some patient's penile tissue limit because the length of penis or the peno-scrotal junction stays in high position, which will limit the vaginal lining or meaning that vaginal depth is limited.  The surgeon will use Scrotal Graft Technique in combination with penile skin to form the vaginal lining to create the new vaginal depth or new vagina, which is a better technique compared to the penile inversion technique. This is the better choice for the case who have limited penile skin but have more scrotal sac tissue to use. The price fort this case is around 5,000 USD, with 5 nights stay in the hospital.

          “Sigmoid Colon-Vaginoplasty Technique Vaginoplasty (it is not a good case for weight over 200 lbs.) You will have two choices to do this surgery about delayed or immediate Sigmoid Colon-Vaginoplasty Technique. Or in case the penile skin is very short or limited in occasionally rare for some cases with healthy person and body weight not over 200 lbs  with stopping smoking at least 2 weeks before surgery or non-smoking person with flat tummy may need to perform Sigmoid Colon-Vaginoplasty done in one stage(Immediate) .

          “When I make appointment with you, I will pay deposit money to hospital and hotel ,too. Please understand my situation. Please give your age, your birth date/month/year.

          “Warning: Please stop your hormones, if you smoke, please reduce smoking to 1/2 pack/day, 2 week before  surgery and 5 cig/day in one week.

          “Please give me your weight and height that I will ask you to make your weight loss before surgery, it will be safe for you after surgery care.

          “Please send your picture about your tummy area with your penile shaft and full body without clothes picture to me.

          “Do you feel tired when you walk up to upstairs or normal walking? Please give me your medical history such as BP( Blood pressure), PR( pulse rate), your normal medicine you  take, what kind of medicine you have allergic to, any kinds of illness you ever have before.

          “Don't forget to send your medical health to me from your medical doctor and your therapist's letter or psychologist's letter or some document convincing me that you will have a qualification to do SRS Male to Female.

          “Or copy your id card showing you as a Female for gender.”

          The doctor goes on in length with hotel rates and locations, meal costs and best restaurants.  He also offers again to assist with transportation to and from the airport.
