December 12, 1964 Classified Information Subject: Interrogation techniques using genital torture The majority of your interrogations should be centered on ARVN and Viet Cong rebel forces captured during jungle fighting or rounded up from provincial villages. The majority of these prisoners will be young men between the ages of 16 - 19, but don't be fooled by their youth; they are battle hardened and fierce fighters; thoroughly indoctrinated to despise and destroy the foreign invader. The purpose of your interrogation is to find the location of area booby traps and mines (which have caused serious injuries to our ground forces) and the location of villages that harbor these rebels in the South. The necessity for gaining this information is naturally high, so the methods to be described, though cruel, are warranted by the need to know. The following method is best performed before a group of these young prisoners. You will make an example of one of them, that will so horrify and create panic in the others; they will volunteer the information rather than suffer a similar fate. It will aid your efforts considerably if some time is spent observing the prisoners while in detention for several days following their capture in order to single out those few that seem to be the natural leaders. They will not be difficult to spot as there is clear deference paid to them as is demanded by Asian culture. These are the men you want to humiliate and break. For once it is apparent that your domination of these men is complete the subordinates will have little mental capacity for resistance. Methods: Gather the group of prisoners that you have targeted and lead them from the base camp for a distance of several thousand feet. Do this during daylight so that your actions are fully visible. The men in your own unit that you choose for this assignment should be hand picked and well armed. Their loyalty and obedience to you must be unswerving. There motive to win at any cost must be secure. The distance from camp should be covered at a quick pace and any resistance on the part of the prisoners to keep up should be met with swift prodding from a gun butt. They should be roped one to the other and forced to march in single file so as to prevent any attempt at escape. At a suitable distance from camp, declare a sudden halt to the march. Have the interpreter begin to ask a series of questions to the prisoners. They will usually act in defiance with the so called leader yelling back in Vietnamese angry words of hate. Continue this tact for some minutes but clearly show your increasing impatience. Have one of the men from the unit come over to you and clearly show his displeasure with the prisoners. At some point your patience will have been tried to the limit and now you are going to act. Keep in mind that these young men do not fear death. War, poverty and disease have all conspired to make life cheap. None of these men expect to live long anyway, so dying as heroes is almost welcome. You must show them a horrible alternative to death. A young Asian man ( who has probably frequented brothels since he was 12) considers his penis like a sword and his testicles their precious jewels. To be forced to face life only half a man is worse than death. This is the psychological edge that you are banking on to break their spirit of defiance. Separate the intended victim from the others and lead him to a tree where he can be bound. Have the other prisoners follow but keep them under close guard with their feet securely shackled and tied one to the other. There will be much protestation and yelling on the part of the prisoners as their leader is taken from them. Meet their anger with quick reprisals from the butt of a gun. Silence will soon be assured. Take the selected prisoner and secure him to a tree of good girth with a rope tied several times around his waist. Bind his hands and extend them above his head with another length of rope which is attached to an upper branch. Pull the rope taut, so the arms are stretched but that the feet stay on the ground. Any resistance should be met with a swift punch to the midsection. Make sure the other prisoners are giving you their full attention. Inform the soldiers in your unit to make sure all heads are kept looking at the scene unfolding before them. Turn your attention to the victim. Walk over to him with the interpreter and begin your questioning. There will be no response, or the prisoner will act disdainful of your attempts due to a combination of youthful bravado as well as the misinformation that Americans are loathe to use physical or mental torture to extract information from captured prisoners. Continue this tact for thirty to sixty minutes but as the silence continues be sure to show your increasing displeasure. When you have reached the limit of your patience, have the interpreter ask for the last time the questions you need answered. When your entreaties are ignored, grab the prisoner's hair with one hand and jerk his head back while at the same time grabbing his crotch with the other hand. His youthful machismo will quickly evaporate and his body will twist mightily in order to break your hold. Maintain your grip despite his struggles. Soon his moans and screams will fill the air as you increase the pressure on his testicles. Yell at him in English while the interpreter translates the meaning of your words. You are no longer interested in his information. You will make an example of him before his comrades. They will hear his screams as he begs for mercy, they will smell the stink of piss and shit at his feet and they will see him shoot his final load before his balls are crushed. Release your grip. The victims pain will take several moments to subside. The prisoner moans as he tries to squeeze his thighs together in an attempt to soothe his aching testicles. His comrades look on in disbelief. How one so revered could so quickly be humbled. They remain silent and staring. Have a flaying knife the type used to gut fish brought to you . Grab the prisoners shirt and stick the knife through the fabric, but take care not to injure the skin at this point. Use the knife to slash at the fabric of his shirt until it is nothing more than tattered strips. Observe your young prisoners he is overtaken by panic; his mouth will become dry and his panting will become readily apparent as he quickly sucks air in and out. His pupils widen from the adrenalin surge which also causes the muscles in his body to quiver. The horror enveloping his brain stimulates the nervous system into overdrive. Sweat pours from his ashen face and perspiration soaks his shirt. Continue to perform the ritual cuts with the knife. The victims pleading and begging will now be out of control, his mind and bodily defenses quickly breaking down. His psychological destruction will be heralded by the emptying of his bladder. When he begins to wet his pants, pull them down to completely expose his nakedness. The sight of their leader, screaming for mercy, his body twisting in fear as urine sprays in all directions will leave a powerful impression. Wait for the prisoners bladder to empty. Youll want to expose the head of the penis at this point. Due to the absence of personal hygiene and the repeated gonorrheal infections these young fighters acquire, the foreskin may be quite adherent and retracting it fully will elicit loud screams from the pain. Naturally this is jut the effect you want. Pull the foreskin completely back so the entire glans is free. Due to the inflammation the foreskin will remain retracted and form a tight ring around the head, causing it to swell and redden. You are now ready for the final step. Reach between the victims thighs. He will clench them tightly in a last gasp effort; screaming and pleading for you not to hurt him. As your fingers reach his scrotum, the bag will feel almost empty as fear causes the powerful cremasteric muscles to pull the testicles high up towards the body. Milk the testicles down towards the bottom of the sac. As he feels your hand encircling his testicles both you and he will enter the final scene of what has been a powerful psycho-sexual drama. His screams will pierce the air as his body finally surrenders to the waves of masochistic yearning that now explode in his brain. You will feel his testicles swell and the groin muscles contract powerfully as shot after shot of semen is spit from his swollen glans. In some instances the penis will harden just prior to the ejaculation but in other cases the surging adrenalin coursing through the victims veins will keep the penis flaccid. This ejaculatory phenomenon occurs in all males about to be violently castrated. As your eyes absorb the scene before them, your own orgasm quickly follows and with each ejaculation your grip becomes evermore powerful.
As the last of the semen dribbles out, the victim will slump noticeably almost to the point of unconsciousness. With your hands firmly around the victims testicles, jerk down forcibly with all your might. This will avulse the testicles from their spermatic cords. The victims head will jerk back suddenly and the scream from his mouth will soon drown in the vomit that fills his throat from the violent wrenching of the blood vessels and nerves in his scrotum. His thighs and legs will start flapping uncontrollably and the contents of his bowels will be expelled from his body. The smell of excrement, semen and vomit will be overpowering but the picture presented to his comrades will forever be etched in their brains. The scrotum will turn a purplish red and begin to swell as the sac fills with blood. A small amount of blood will also start to come out of the urethral opening. The victim will continue to vomit from the rupture of his cords but you must not stop here. Begin to squeeze the scrotum, pressing the two testicles into each other. The pressure you exert will actually begin to force blood through the thin scrotal skin onto your hand. The victim will be close to unconscious at this point. While it is not possible to physically crush the testicles with bare hands alone, by forcefully squeezing the testicles together with al your strength you can exert enough pressure so that the substance of the testicle (millions of convoluted tubules encased in a connective tissue sheath) actually ruptures through its fibrous capsule. The pain associated with this final act will explode in the victims head like a gunshot. The howl that escapees from his tortured lips will be unlike anything you have ever heard. The pitiful victim will slip into merciful unconsciousness as you slowly release your grip on his destroyed manhood. The purple-red sac will enlarge to the size of a grapefruit completely obscuring the penis. As a final gesture poke the swollen bag with the tip of your knife making a small hole. A fine jet of blood will shoot from the hole. Insert your finger into the hole and tear down sharply ripping the scrotal flesh apart. This is easily accomplished as the sac is now paper thin. The hemorrhaging will be massive. Sweep your fingers around the sac to find the destroyed testicles. They will still be attached to the cords by fragments of connective tissue but a firm jerjk will rip them free. The victim, already unconscious and bleeding out, may jerk or seize momentarily but will be spared the sight of you presenting his mangled testicless before his eyes. The others in the group will not be similarly spared and the viewing of their comrades destroyed manhood is generally sufficient encouragement.
