Part 1 Extract from the Election manifesto

Section 13 Law and Order.

The penal system has become more and more expensive and custodial sentences over fill our jails while the effectiveness of giving young males a custodial sentence seems to be counterproductive.

Most other forms of punishment such as community service or probation are regarded by the like recipients as a joke. The courts and the punishment system are steadily becoming a grater and greater drain on our resources. A radical rethink is needed. We propose to consider the use of castration to deal cheaply with these thugs. The circumstances will be designed to insure that this is seen as a severe punishment.

3.14 Castration should be seen as the normal punishment for all crimes of violence committed by males from puberty ( this will be determined by the probation service before the trial for all crimes of violence committed by males between 12 and 19 years of age.)

For this purpose puberty is the ability to achieve a wet climax after up 30 minutes of manual agitation by another male or female. One trial should be conducted by a male probation officer and if unsuccessful after 30 minutes a female officer should be asked to attempt the manipulation.

A video should be made and a copy given to the prosecution and another to the defence. These videos may be sold after the trial to help to defray costs. The operation should be witnessed by the victim or victims and they can request extra videos.

From this point of view the following will result in automatic castration of a juvenile

#Rape except of wife or common law wife.

# sex with a minor even if a minor himself

# robbery with violence

# carrying a weapon

# driving a stolen car

# actions which may lead to a breach of the peace

A magistrate may order castrations in any other case where a custodial sentence can be given.

3.15 Appeals

appeals will be heard within 24 hours so that the castration is not delayed. The appeal will only be allowed on whether the crime did take place and that the defendant did participate to some degree. No other appeal will be considered.

3.16 Objects of the public nature of the castration.

The sentence is designed to discourage such acts from other juveniles. It is desirable that the carrying out is made a public spectacle and the following MUST attend.

All juveniles living within 500 yards of his home. All pupils in his year at school any boy who is regarded as a close associate of the defendant eg goes to same youth club or football team. All males in his family over six years of age. Any youth nominated by the police or via the police as being in danger of needing similar treatment at a later date.

The following should be invited to attend free

All female associates of the boy. All female members of his family over the age of nine. Any nominees of his school or youth club etc. even if not an associate of the criminal.

The following can attend free

All youths, male and female under 20 but if under nine they should only attend with one or more parents or guardian who can attend free.

Any one interested can attend but will pay a small amount to be set locally. It should be less that the price of a cinema ticket. All moneys will help to reduce local taxation.

Anyone who wishes to photograph or film the proceedings should be provided with a “ringside” seat but will be expected to pay costs.

Rights of the castratee

Basically he has cost the state a lot of money so he should expect to be used in any way to defray the costs. He has forfeited ALL human rights.

The operation day.

The presentation has two objects. First to make all young witnesses decide that they don’t want to take any chance of this happening to them. This is aimed at reducing the cost of juvenile crime by at least 95%. The second is to encourage fee paying watchers.

By having a forced sexual content both these objects will be partly met. Although a large number of the paying audience are of paedophilic inclinations, the current thinking is that by allowing them to have contact with the castrates their appetite for sex with minors will be satisfied and they will be no danger to real kids and sexual contact with castrated boys cannot do the youngster any harm as they have been rendered asexual!

The operation should start with the subject wearing his normal clothing. However the individual ‘products’ should each be carefully planned and will differ one from another. We give here a plan for an apparently heterosexual boy of 14. A boy from a rival group or one who hates him should slowly strip him tie his wrists behind his back and lead him round the hall letting all photographers take photographs.

The boy then should bring him back onto the stage and masturbate him until he climaxes this should be done with the prisoner facing the low mounted video camera which should show the action clearly in the ceiling mounted video screens. When he boy climaxes the ejaculate should be collected in a cup. The boy should be untied and made to repeat the masturbation – any refusal should led to beating until he complies. Again this product should go into the cup. Another tour of the hall should complete the preparations before he is tied securely on a low table with two cameras mounted directly above one focused on this face and the other on his penis.

It is suggested that a break of at least 15 minutes is next on the agenda with ice cream on sale for the kids. People should be allowed to wander on the stage and examine or even fondle the criminal.

When this interval is over and everyone can see the screens with his face and penis well over life size, the magistrate’s clerk should read on the crime and the sentence. The whole presentation now is to make sure that the kids watching do not risk becoming criminals. For this reason no pain killers should be administered and the boy should not be gagged.

The operation medical is very simple but should be drawn out fir as long as possible. The boy’s scrotal sack should be opened along its underside. The contents should be extracted and the cords to one bollock extended fully. The cords should then be sawn though slowly – there will be little on no blood as each vessel is cut it should cauterised with a miniature blow torch. The boy should be allowed to recover for a few minutes before the other bollock is similarly treated.

The scrotal sack should be sewn up with multicoloured gut.

His clothing and bollocks should be auctioned as he will have no need of either.

The boy then should be helped to his feet and should bow to the audience.

He should stand by the door and say goodbye to each guest. The guest can decide how to say his goodbye and the boy will have his penis fondled repeated and have to respond positively to deep kissing. This is usually the way any paedophiles will depart and if he is heterosexual he will not exactly enjoy this!

The Next week

For the next week or longer if his victims want. He will stay in his town but he will be forbidden to enter any house unaccompanied by a nominee of a victim, a policeman or probation officer. He will not be allowed clothes except trainers if it is winter. He will wear handcuffs and only the police will have a key. He will not be allowed in 200 yards of his old home. He will visit with a probation officer all the local schools etc. where he will appear at special assemblies where the cost of wrong doing will be stressed.

After this period he will be moved at least 100 miles where he will live with a man who volunteers to teach him the evil of his ways. The man in exchange for the youth’s board and lodging may use him as his servant and is encouraged to treat him as still needing punishment. The boy will have no legal resource as he has no civil rights. It is likely that these men will be sadistic and or homosexuals but this way their needs will only be directed towards youths who do not matter and this will keep the rest of our youth safe.
