Author's note: I've been told that some EA readers object to this kind of stories. One objection was basically to the lack of a SUBTEEN tag. I intended to use that tag, but the current submission form does not have the subteen tag, and I can find no way to specify more than one additional tag. If such stories offend you, don't read them.
The other objection was that such stories were illegal in some jurisdictions. Well, I suspect that everything in EA is illegal somewhere. After all, some religions ban castration of both humans and animals. However, I would differ with anyone who is suggesting that there is anything illegal about such stories in the USA. There are laws banning some kinds of pictures of children, but EA stories have no pictures. It is made clear at the beginning of the introductory story that the events in these stories took place only after changes were made in the law to make what takes place in these stories legal. This means that these stories are legally political speech, first describing a change in the law, and then describing possible results of that change in the law. The same applies to the EA stories that depict a future when the law permits non-consensual castrations for some specified reason. I was also told that there had been considerable discussion of these matters in the forums, and finally found some of it. There appeared to be no concensus about children and the EA, and not even any clarity about what is a child. I can clarify that somewhat. The dictionary and common law definitions are the same. Quoting the Oxford American Dictionary in part: Child--A young human being below the age of puberty. Youth--The period of time between childhood and maturity. In the late 19th century, a group of women, wanting young girls to stop having sex and instead work in factories, got the legal definition of child changed to include youth, thus justifying restricting their activities to those legal for chiidren. The working in factories part was later overturned by the child labor laws. The same group also gave us prohibition, another failure that had to be corrected. Their only true success was women's suffrage. Prior to their interference, the time of youth had been considered a training time for adult status. In many cases, you were not considered an adult until you either got married or set up your own home.
I'm Heather and I'm in charge of the state's castration facility for sexual offenders. This morning's meeting is with a married man and his wife. The teenage girls who deal with married men are present. The man tells his story. He raped a twelve-year-old boy and got caught. The boy and his father want him castrated, but if they can't get that, they'll take having him in prison. He agreed to castration and he's here with his wife, as he was told he had to be. I told him I wanted more details and to tell the whole truth. If I found out in time that he was lying or trying to hide things, he'd go to prison rather than being castrated. It was safe to tell the truth; what anyone said here was covered by privilege; we were forbidden by law to reveal it, even in court. He said that his attorney had warned him not to talk without the attorney being supplied with proof of such a claim. The attorney had also been told that verbally, but hadn't seen any proof. I told him to get out his attorney's card while I got some papers to fax to him. I sent them and then called the attorney. He looked quickly at what I'd sent and asked to speak to his client, who talked to him and then told me that he would answer all my questions truthfully. I asked, "Does the boy want to watch you being castrated?" No. "How many other boys have you raped?" "I've lost count." "How old do you like them?" "Old enough to have pubic hair but not old enough to ejaculate." "How do you know that they aren't old enough to ejaculate?" "I always get them to masturbate until they climax. If they ejaculate, I'm done with them." "Do you have anal intercourse with them?" "No, that's for gays." "Do you like them to have oral sex with you?" "Yes, just like a girl would." "Why do you want them to be near the time when they'll start ejaculating?" "Because when they first ejaculate I want them to remember making me ejaculate and remember drinking my semen." It was time to ask about girls. "Do you like girls to have oral sex with you?" Yes. "How old do you like them?" "Old enough to have pubic hair and breast buds but not old enough to have noticeable breasts." "Do you prefer boys or girls?" "My first choice is a brother and sister, both at the right age, but that's hard to find. Otherwise I want whichever I haven't had recently." I needed to know what else he did. "Is oral sex all you ever ask them to do for you?" Yes. "Do you ever do anything for them?" "Not for the boys, but if a girl asks me to or I know that she likes it, I'll have oral sex with her." "Do you expect them to swallow your semen?" Yes. "Always?" Yes. "Why?" "Because I want them to remember me when they have oral sex with a boy." I asked him, "Would you still like the boys and girls if you were like the boys and could only have a dry climax; that is if you didn't have any semen for them to swallow?" "He shuddered and said that they'd laugh at him and wouldn't remember him as well." I asked his wife, "Does he treat you the same way as he treats the girls?" "Yes, he always wants me to swallow, and he likes to have oral sex with me too." "Does he also have intercourse with you?" "Yes, if I ask, he'll do that after he's had oral sex with me, but he prefers my having oral sex with him. I like both. When we have time, I have a way to satisfy both of us. We start with him pleasuring me with oral sex, followed by intercourse. As soon as he climaxes, we switch to 69. I know how to keep him from losing his erection, so he gets to enjoy oral sex for a long time before he's able to climax again. That gives me time to have several orgasms. If I've got enough time, it's even better if I continue the 69 until he has a third climax. Unfortunately, I haven't found anything that reduces his need for kids who are in the midst of puberty." I turned to my teenage girls and asked, "Do you all understand what to do?" Yes. I told the oldest, Becky, "Tell him and his wife what you'll do to him if he chooses you." Becky said, "I'll evaluate you today. That won't take long. You and your wife can spend the rest of the day and night having sex. Tomorrow you can't have anything to eat, and nothing to drink late in the day, but you can continue having sex. I'll tell your wife when you can't have any more to drink. Then I want her to quickly get you to ejaculate as many more times as she can, until you complain that you're too dry to do it any more. "I'll take both of you to where we do the castrations, and your wife can watch me castrate you. I'll keep your testicles for my collection unless your wife wants them. I'll replace them with prostheses that will supply you with enough testosterone and other hormones to be able to continue having sex with your wife, but not as much as you have now. I'll give you injections to destroy your ability to make semen, but leave the rest of your remaining sexual organs in working order. That way, you'll have dry climaxes, just like boys have. You'll probably be able to ejaculate once more, and your wife should enjoy that before you go to sleep. You'll have to stay a couple of days to heal, and your wife can get used to the changes in you. It may take a few more days to get the prostheses adjusted correctly. The next morning, you'll be released and your wife can take you home." I asked the other girls, "Would you do anything different?" No. I asked him, "Do you think that this will keep you from having anything more to do with boys and girls?" "Yes, it'll take all the fun out of it, and the boys and girls would both ridicule me." I asked his wife, "Do you agree?" "Yes, he hates to be ridiculed." I told him to choose which girl he wanted to castrate him and left the room. I later found out that he'd chosen Becky. The next day, when his wife said that he was ready to be castrated, Becky sat down and talked to them about just what she was going to do. She wanted them to watch closely and understand what was happening. She also showed them an anatomical chart and explained how she would destroy his ability to make semen without damaging his ability to have an orgasm. She took long enough that she thought he would be recovered from what his wife had last done. She said she had forgotten something that she had to do. She couldn't destroy his ability to make semen without first making sure that he could make semen. Everything that she wanted to destroy always had to be tested first. It was important that rapists know what their action had cost them. She said since he liked oral sex, she'd extract some semen that way. It took about twenty minutes; he'd still been in the refractory period, but she'd forced his body to make semen quickly so he could respond to her demand that he ejaculate. He'd complained that he'd already been dry; now he was too dry. She said that she would give him a large glass of fruit juice as soon she was done with him. His wife watched her castrate him and destroy his ability to ejaculate, and in the following days she taught his wife how to use the control for the prostheses. She was to keep his testosterone within the range that Becky had set and as low as she could without making it difficult for him to have an erection or orgasm. She let Becky keep her husband's testicles. Eliminating the ability to ejaculate only works for some kinds of rapists, and the same applies (independently) to setting the testosterone level as low as possible and still have them capable of having intercourse with their wives. For all married rapists, we have a backup that catches the ones who rape frequently. We get regular reports from the controller we give his wife (we don't usually tell the wives that it has tattletale capabilities, although they could figure that out if they read carefully everything we gave them and thought through the implications) and the reports tell us when he has an orgasm while he's away from the control. The sensor that tells us that the vas deference is trying to transport sperm has been a major help in controlling married rapists. If the guy keeps having orgasms elsewhere, we get someone to tail him and he's soon under arrest. If he does it infrequently, we put a tracking bracelet on him. If the police have unsolved rape reports, we compare the time of them with the time of his orgasms. If they're close, we give the police a picture of him to show the rape victims.
