Thanks ladies for attending careers days.

My name is Nancy, or as most of the boys in your classes know, I’m the "nutter".

I’m 41 and have been working for the school district now for about 14 years. I started off as a licensed nurse after college but found that my system did not accommodate well to the 24 hour shift system. On reading an advertisement in the local paper for a MACPAC, that is a Male Attitude Corrective Profile Adjustment Coordinator technician, that was required in this district I immediately applied. The pay was better and the hours strictly 9 to 5. With my nursing papers they were willing to pay me half salary while I underwent my 3 month training and field assistant weeks. A MACPAC certification course offered to women without a nursing background involves two full semesters at the state college at standard tuition rates. I am completely happy with my career decision and I have to tell you, I absolutely love my job!

I work all five high schools in the district on a rotating basis. On arriving at a particular school, the computer has printed out a list of all the boys which I will be attending to that day. The list is also placed in the teachers office so they know which of their students will need to be sent down. The selections are made based on approaching age but also to even out my work load, typically 6 to 8 per day. With the class schedule of my assignments in hand, I come to their class and escort them down to my special room. They all know their turn will come but they never really expect it would be this particular day. I can often feel their unwarranted fear and anxiety as I march them down the hall.

As you ladies know from your life skills classes, unaltered males are highly onery animals and the need to attend their selfish sex requirements leads to unsociable behaviors. Historic records are rife with stories of rape of any age of females and all kinds of violence in general. We can only be thankful we live in a time where us women have learned to control men’s disruptive behavior for the betterment of both sexes. I feel a great deal of accomplishment to what I am contributing to society. The streets and parks are now safe anytime of day or night because of the efforts of people like me.

On unlocking my "workshop" I take their ID cards which all males must always carry and double check the identity number and the photo. Two thumbprints are also taken to submit to the control center with my other paper work. After completion of my work, the boys red ID card will within a month be replaced by a yellow card, giving them much more freedom including a 10 o’clock curfew rather than a 6 o’clock time and allowing some unescorted travel. Still, many do not seem that anxious to get the deed over with. I don’t fully understand this as it is quick and absolutely completely painless.

I have them get completely undressed including any jewelry or watches. Before they can change their minds about cooperating, I have them get their knees up onto my padded procedures bench and bend forward laying their upper body and head onto a support. Although nervous, nearly all of my charges do immediately what is told. Maybe one percent fuss and struggle. I’m sure they are all good boys but some just get so scared they do not even realize that they are making things difficult for me. I just give them a great big whap up their nads and they always make real nice to me, when they recover that is.

I quickly cinch the neck collar behind their heads before they see it coming, then they really know they are not going anywhere any time soon. I then pull their wrists forward one by one and strap their arms straight out to the fastenings. Next I walk behind and fasten their knees and ankles well apart to fully expose the working area. They are now securely kneeled over and awaiting my full attention. Most are quiet but some are whimpering or sobbing but they are not to speak unless I ask them to. At this point they are a most intriguing sight and I must say this is a most definitive perk of my job.

I usually get started right away. I assure them that not only is this going to be painless, they might not even feel a tickle. I pride myself in my professional skill. We do this only for their own self betterment. I put on a glove and start to kneed their bum globes to relax them a bit. I quickly fully insert a lubed finger to gauge their muscle tension, lube them up good and maybe help them relax a bit more. They sometimes squirm a bit, but they can’t squirm too much. It is very hot and tight up inside.

These are my special tools of the trade. I get them hidden under a towel until I have my subjects fully trussed down. Seeing those two long sharp needles will certainly not allay their fears. As you girls all know, men’s testicles are needed to procreation. We need them intact as it will be necessary to extract sperm from them if they are to start a family later. I personally am glad that we keep their sensitive parts out there hot, plump and oh so exposed. We instead work their little inner gland, or "nut". It is really a very simple procedure, it takes only a few minutes. And I’ve done it many many thousands of times.

First off we lube them up a bit more and ease in this curved plastic tube. It is held firmly in place by the boys own tight rectal muscles. It is specially designed and shaped to nestle tight against his possy. I’ll start passing these things around in a minute so you can have a closer look. Then I reach through the tube with this little stick and generously swab the rectal lining with a cream which is both an anti-biotic and a topical freezing to numb the wall. We then snap in this smaller plastic tube to serve as a needle guide. I wait a couple minutes for the cream to cleanse and freeze the surface.

Next I tell the boy he may feel a pinch or tickle, but usually they don’t even know what I doing. This syringe with the very fine needle contains the stuff that freezes their gland real good. It is so fine that if I advance it very slowly while injecting, it just kind of numbs its way in. When fully inserted, I squeeze in a bit and wait a minute, then put in the rest of the freezing. They usually don’t feel even a tickle, I’m so good. We leave them be for at least about 5 minutes so their little nut can go fully to sleep.

This big syringe contains the main charge. It contains a nerve agent, a special snake venom concentrate to ensure permanence of effect, an inter-cellular dispersion compound and a general sedative to help them relax over the next few hours. The medicine is very powerful, 100% effective, but could be quite painful if we didn’t fully freeze the gland first. It is imperative that we fully truncate all avenues of a man’s sexual pleasure or they will fixate on sexual thoughts and action to the detriment of themselves and society. Our special medicine destroys all the nerves with what a man might otherwise use to make a raping erection or attain any sexual pleasure or response.

When it is time I click the big needle into the guide tube and quickly expel the full contents. The man will not feel the slightest thing if he has been properly prepared. He doesn’t know it but my special little shot has already started to work his nut, big time. We put a bowl under his penis and wait. Within 5 minutes, he will begin to temporarily lose bladder control and a watery mix of pee, blood, and sperm will start to dribble out. Our subject now is already completely sexless. Buildup of inner frustrations will dramatically soften his demeanor within days. The change is most wonderful. You will pretty much have your way with them as you see fit from this point on.

I leave them on the rack for a half an hour to complete most of the draining. Then they are released and fitted with disposable diapers and sent back to their classes. The leakage effect will wear off within 24 hours and they can then resume any and all previous activities, except the one.
