Prime Minister Judith Finnegan,the Home Secretary and the entire cabinet decided that this paradox needed to be addressed.The fact was that there were huge numbers of serious criminals in the jails who had committed rapes and other sex crimes who were still walking about,albeit inside jail,with their cocks hanging away happily,whilst previously law abiding men had lost theirs.

"Take steps as soon a possible to end the paradox,and confiscate the penises of these criminals" the Prime Minister instructed the Home Secretary.

And to her surprise the Prime Minister went even further in her demands on the Home Secretary.

"I want all men in our jails to have their penises removed" she added.

The entire cabinet agreed and the Home Secretary left the meeting with her figure of 80,000 men instantly doubled to almost 150,000 men if every prisoner was to be castrated.

The Prime Minister had pledged on TV that this measure would be completed by Christmas 2011,only 3 months away,and so as she lay in bed that evening,the Home Secretary was thinking of the best way and most efficient manner to deliver on the pledge.
