Interview with a Modifier - Part 6

James: I think the most memorable couple was Victor and Peter, who contacted me because they wanted to discuss modifications for Peter.

When they arrived, I couldn’t imagine a more unusual couple. Victor was 52 years old, very tall and muscular. He wore a leather vest with no shirt, showing off his very hairy chest and pierced nipples. He had a shaved head and a beard.

Peter, on the other hand, was only 17 years old. He was thin and not very tall. He was barefoot and wore a white tank top and terry cloth shorts. I doubt if he had begun shaving yet, as his body was almost completely hairless.

They had met when Peter was just 15. It was a typical story, unfortunately. Peter was kicked out of the house by his parents when they discovered he was gay. He began selling his body to survive. Victor saw Peter on the street and took him home for sex.

Victor was very much into leather, and he introduced Peter to bondage and aspects of S&M. Peter enjoyed being dominated by his leather daddy. It gave him a sense of security that he hadn’t known. The two of them quickly fell in love, and Peter moved in with Victor.

When they came to me, Victor said he wanted to modify Peter’s body, but wanted to make sure it was done safely.

Q: What kind of modifications did he want to make?

J: Victor wanted Peter to be circumcised, and a meatotomy performed on his glans.

Q: What exactly is a meatotomy?

J: That is when the underside of the head of the penis is split open. It’s a fairly common procedure in the S&M community. Victor also wanted the head of Peter’s penis to be pierced and a large-gauge ring to be inserted.

Peter spoke up and said he was eager for the procedure. He said he loved Victor very much and wanted to modify his body to please him. The two of them were holding hands and smiling at each other. It was obvious they were in love.

Q: Did you perform the modifications?

J: Yes. I had Peter take off his clothes so I could examine him. I noticed that Peter’s nipples, which were quite small, had already been pierced. I was most surprised, though, when I saw that his left buttock had been branded with the letter “V”. Peter said he was proud that his master had given his mark to him.

Peter’s penis was unremarkable, a little on the small size. So I told them that I could perform the modifications whenever they were ready. They said to go ahead right away.

After Peter lay down on the examining table, I told them I’d perform the circumcision first. I offered a local anesthetic, but Victor said he wanted Peter to feel the procedure being done to him. He held Peter’s hand as I clamped the foreskin.

I said, “Here goes,” and used the scalpel to cut away the foreskin. Peter’s body jerked and he cried out briefly, but Victor stroked his head and told him that everything was going to be okay. It only took a short time to complete the circumcision.

Q: What about the meatotomy? Did you use anesthetic for that?

J: Once more I offered it, but again Victor said he wanted Peter to experience what was happening to him. I warned them that it would be quite painful, but Peter said to go ahead.

I inserted the scalpel into Peter’s glans and sliced downward. This time Peter cried out very loudly and his body shook. Victor held him down and told him that it would be over faster if he remained still.

Peter sobbed as I opened up the head of his penis, but he didn’t resist. After I finished, Victor handed me a large gauge ring and pointed to where he wanted it. I pierced the glans and inserted the ring, with Peter continuing to sob. I was impressed with how well Peter took the whole experience. I certainly wouldn’t have done as well.

I gently wrapped Peter’s penis in a gauze bandage, and explained how to best insure it heal without the wound closing. Victor kissed Peter’s face, wet with tears, telling him how proud he was of him.

Q: Did the meatotomy heal properly?

J: Yes, it did. They returned a few weeks later. The opening was quite red, of course, but there was no sign of infection. Peter smiled as I examined his penis. He seemed quite proud of what had been done to him.

About six months later, I got another visit from Victor and Peter, saying they wanted to modify Peter’s penis again. This time they wanted to open up the entire underside of his penis in a subincision. Peter was very excited by the idea.

When I examined Peter, I noticed that a large sound was inserted in his urethra. Victor said it was called a Prince’s Wand, and that he was stretching Peter’s urethra for sex play. The meatotomy had healed very well, so I said there was no reason not to perform the subincision.

Q: How exactly did you perform the subincision?

J: Again, they insisted that no anesthetic be used. I clamped the base of the penis to minimize blood flow and decrease the pain. Then I clamped the tissue to be cut using hemostats, leaving them on for about half an hour. When I took the clamp off the tissue, it was paper-thin and translucent, making it easier to cut.

After using a scalpel to open the underside of Peter’s shaft, I sutured it to prevent it from closing up during healing. The bleeding stopped after I applied direct pressure to it.

Q: How did Peter respond to the surgery?

J: Again, he was very brave. He sobbed the whole time, but kept quite still. Victor cradled Peter’s head to his chest, kissing his face and whispering to him the whole time.

I was really impressed by the loving relationship between them. It showed me that a master/slave relationship is based on love and trust, and not simply a matter of one partner dominating the other.

I told them not to engage in any sex involving Peter’s penis for several weeks. Victor said that wouldn’t be a problem, as Peter was completely passive in their sex play. Peter said he hadn’t experienced an orgasm during sex with Victor for many months. He said he experienced pleasure by sucking Victor’s penis, and having him fuck him.

During a follow-up examination, I saw that Peter’s urethra had been widened considerably due to the use of the Prince’s Wand. Peter smiled and said the goal was to stretch the urethra enough for Victor to insert his small finger into it.

Q: Tell me about the next visit from Victor and Peter.

J: Well, Peter’s appearance had changed from the last appointment. Not only was his head shaved, but his eyebrows were also gone. And he wore a leather collar.

Victor said they wanted Peter to have a glansectomy, the removal of the head of his penis. When I examined Peter, I saw that rings had been inserted the length of the underside of his shaft, on both sides of the subincision.

I spent some time telling them about this latest procedure, saying them that it would greatly reduce the sensation in Peter’s penis, as the glans has many nerve endings that produce pleasure. But Peter said that Victor’s pleasure was all he cared about, and he wanted this procedure done.

So, I agreed, first removing the large ring from Peter’s glans. The surgery took about half an hour. Once again, no anesthesia was used.

After stitching the wound, I gave Peter a painkiller. Victor thanked me for performing the surgery, and asked me if I’d like to come to their house to attend a party the following week. I accepted, as I was very interested in seeing their home life.

Q: What was the party like?

J: Victor had a beautiful, large home. The guests were mostly dressed in leather, and there was a LOT of skin on display. After awhile, I got used to chatting with the men while ignoring the fact that their penises were hanging out next to me. (laughs)

But I was most struck by Peter. He was totally naked the whole time, except for his leather collar. A thin chain hung between his pierced nipples. Peter kneeled next to Victor’s chair the whole night, smiling as guests came by and kissed him. Many of them admired the modifications, telling them how sexy he looked with his penis shortened and split open. Peter just beamed.

It was really wonderful seeing the affection displayed by Peter and Victor. They wanted to show their love to everybody in the room. The modifications made to Peter had definitely strengthened the bond between them.

Then, late in the evening, Victor told everybody that Peter had an announcement to make. When the guests had gathered around, Peter said that he had asked Victor if he could make another modification to his body, and Victor had agreed. Peter wanted to be castrated, and it would take place right now!

The guests all cheered, hugging and kissing both Peter and Victor. Peter was crying. It was a very emotional moment.

Q: How did the castration take place?

J: Victor had invited a friend over who had experience with castrating men. The man, David, had Peter lay down on the table while he examined Peter’s scrotum. Then he asked Victor to bring over a black bag that was lying next to the sofa.

David took out this silver instrument, explaining to everybody that it was an elastrator. He put this small green band over the end of it, and ratcheted the elastrator to expand the opening until it was wide enough.

Victor stood next to the table, gently stroking Peter’s hair, smiling down at him. He asked Peter if he was ready, and Peter smiled and nodded his head. Victor leaned down and kissed Peter passionately as David moved closer and began the castration.

First he wrapped this warm towel around Peter’s scrotum, to loosen the sack. Then he wrapped his hand around the scrotum, forcing the testicles to the bottom of the sack. He worked the stretched band over the scrotum, putting it as close to Peter’s penis as he could, then released the band.

Peter cried out and jerked his body as the band compressed his sack. It quickly became much darker. David said the band was intended to reduce the bleeding. Victor pressed his body against Peter to keep the boy from moving around as David reached into his bag and took out a scalpel.

Peter jerked again as he felt the blade slice into his sack. David extracted both testicles and tied off the stalks. Then as the guests cheered, he cut both testicles loose. As David cut off the elastrator band and stitched up the scrotum, each of the guests came by to kiss Peter and tell him how proud they were of him.

Peter continued sobbing, but he also smiled as the men came by and praised him. David injected a painkiller, and then Victor carried his naked lover into the bedroom, closing the door behind him. At this point, the men began leaving the party, but Victor came out and asked if I could come into the bedroom.

I inspected Peter, making sure the scrotum had been properly sutured, which it was. As Peter drifted off to sleep, Victor thanked me for all that I had done. He said that the castration was Peter’s idea,that he wanted to give his testicles to his master as thanks for the way Victor had changed his life for the better.

I have to admit that tears came to my eyes. I hugged Victor, and watched as he pulled a blanket over the sleeping boy.

Q: Did you see Victor and Peter again?

J: Oh yes. A few months later, Peter came in for a checkup. His scrotum had healed and was much shrunken. His penis looked quite small now, and I noticed that the rings that had been pierced into the underside were missing.

I told them that everything was looking fine. After a long pause, Victor said that Peter had one more request to make: as a final step, he wanted me to remove Peter’s scrotum and penis.

I wasn’t surprised, really. It seemed the logical conclusion to the process. Peter said he wanted to give up the rest of his sexuality in order to focus on Victor’s needs. His penis was unnecessary now, he said.

I suggested that Peter’s prostate also be removed, to prevent future health problems. They both agreed.

This time I insisted that a local anesthetic be used. After administering the drug, I attached an elastrator bands to the base of the penis to prevent loss of blood. After removing the empty scrotum, I severed the suspensory ligaments to drop the penis before I amputated it, to produce a urinary outlet lower down. I gave Peter a new urinary opening between the root of the penis and the anus. I then removed the prostate, sutured the wounds closed and gave Peter a shot to make him sleep. He drifted off while still holding Victor’s hand.

Q: When was the last time you saw Peter and Victor?

J: About a month ago, for a check-up. Peter was so proud of his new body, and couldn’t wait to show me. The wounds had healed nicely, and Victor said he planned to have Peter’s crotch tattooed soon to cover any scars. Peter reminded me of a naked Ken doll. He was young and beautiful, and completely without any sex organs. Victor couldn’t stop smiling.

Their sex life was incredible since the nullification, Victor said. The sight of his lover’s smooth crotch was an amazing turn-on, knowing that the slave had voluntarily surrendered his sexuality to him. They spent hours having anal intercourse, usually with Peter face down as Victor penetrated him.

I have to say that this whole experience with Victor and Peter was the most gratifying of my career. Seeing what I could do for this couple made my work seem so important. I really opened my eyes to different ways of loving.
