Interview with a Modifier - Part 2

James: I’d say between 40 and 50 in the last two years. The majority involved testicle removal, but quite a few also included penectomy. Sometimes, both procedures were requested and performed.

Q: What kind of patient requests the removal of his genitals?

J: It’s almost always a passive or submissive person, usually in a master/slave relationship. Very often, other modifications are requested at the same time.

Q: Such as?

J: Amputations.

Q: Can you give me an example?

J: Yes. A few months ago Scott and Paul came to see me, saying that they wanted surgery performed on Paul, the submissive member of the couple. Paul was in his early 20s, while Scott was about 50 years old.

I always ask the reasons for the surgery, so Scott explained that Paul’s genitals just got in the way of their relationship. By having a total castration – penis and testicles – Paul could devote himself to Scott’s sexual needs.

But then Scott said he wanted other modifications for Paul – he wanted me to remove two toes from each of Paul’s feet. This would be a further sign of Paul’s dedication and commitment to their relationship.

Q: What did Paul say about this?

J: He didn’t say anything until I asked, and then he agreed with everything Scott said. He said he wanted to make Scott happy. So, I agreed to perform the procedures.

Scott asked to be present during the surgery, which was done under general anesthesia. I was surprised during the prep to see how much had already been done to Paul’s body. He had a very large ring through the head of his penis, and smaller rings along the underside of his penis and scrotum. Scott asked me to leave those rings in, which I did.

Q: Did Scott stay during the entire operation?

J: Oh yes, he was very interested. He asked to hold the severed organs, and was thrilled when I placed Paul’s amputated penis and scrotum in his hands. He watched intently as I performed the urethral reroute, creating a new opening near Paul’s anus for urination.

After I performed the nullification, I asked Scott which toes I should remove. He pointed to the two toes closest to the big toe, and I removed those from both feet. Then he asked me to go further, to amputate Paul’s feet. I refused, because Paul hadn’t agreed to that. Scott was disappointed, but accepted my decision. After I was done, everything was preserved in a solution. Scott smiled when I handed him the jars containing Paul’s genitals and toes.

Q: How often are non-genital amputations requested?

J: Surprisingly, it’s happening more and more. It seems to be a trend.

Q: Can you tell me about the most radical amputations you’ve performed?

J: Well, again it was a master/slave couple that came to see me. Jeremy was about 30, and Andrew was about 45. They had been together for five years, and the S/M part of their relationship had gotten much more intense lately.

When I asked them what they wanted me to do, Andrew said they wanted me to amputate Jeremy’s arms and legs. That really stunned me. I had never gotten such an extreme request before.

I asked many questions of both of them. It just seemed that the amputations were a logical development of their relationship. Not having limbs would render Jeremy complete passive and dependent on Andrew, and show his love and commitment to Andrew.

Jeremy said he accepted Andrew’s decision completely. What’s more, he wanted the amputations done so that there was no possibility of artificial limbs ever being attached. That meant no stubs were to be left.

A week later, I amputated Jeremy’s arms at the shoulders, and his legs just below the hips. During a follow-up appointment a few weeks later, Andrew said he was very grateful, and that their sex had been amazing since the surgery.

Q: In what way?

J: Andrew now was in complete control. He could position Jeremy however he wanted for anal or oral sex. Not having legs in the way also made it easier for Andrew to fuck his partner.

Q: Do you ever have doubts about amputating healthy limbs and organs?

J: Like I said earlier, I believe that everyone has the right to modify his body. I don’t judge others. To each his own, I say.
