The male patient is dressed in a long sleeve shirt or short gown with his sleeves down and his arms covered completely to his hands in long sleeves. The gown coms only to his waist and leaves his groin fully exposed. All his pubic hair has been shaved off including the hair on his scrotum. He has been prepped for surgery and given a sedative which puts him into a sort of twilight state.
His genitals have also been given a long lsating local anesthetic and there is now no sensation of pain. The surgeon will use more local anesthetic as she operates. She will be assisted by an all woman surgical team. Medicine is entirely a women's profession, all physicians, surgeons, and nurses are women. The surgeon is an especially beautiful sexy woman, in fact she could even be a sex goddess or a model in a men's magazine. The man's legs are raised in sturyps like on an obgyn table. The surgeon stands between his legs directly facing his genitals. She is going to perform a total prostatectomy on him through a scrotal approach, she will remove his prostate through an incision in his scrotum, a procedure known as total emasculectomy. The procedure removes all of the man's male glands, making him a eunuch in the process. The operation is very dramatic and gory. Since she is wearing a long sleeve shirt, the surgeon rolls up her sleeves rolling them up above her elbows. She rolls her sleeves up well above her elbows to perform the bloody emasculation! Her first cut is a skin incision which she makes around the circumference of the man's scrotum adjacent to his pereneum. She clamps off the spermatic cord with forceps, then she ties it off with ligatures. Once she has tied it off, she snips the cord with her surgical sissors cutting off the testicle. She then repeats the procedure on the remaining testicle completing the castration. As she cuts off each testicle she holds it up and drops it in a dish held by a nurse. She will check on him frequently as he recovers and recouperates The surgery went very well and his recovery will be easy and uneventful.
