This is a follow up to my report Teen Penises Trapped. Thank you to everyonewho sent feedback, information or hints for research. Special thanks to the three guys who have experience. Masturbation control was very common in homes for orphan or delinquent teenage boys but it did not always involve deforming the penis like the 3 ring trap in Teen Penises Trapped. It seems it was most common in the 19th century. In Germany and Austria for example parents were encouraged to discipline the masturbation of their teenage sons, even by deforming methods (Moritz Schreber, 1808-1861). Conservative countries, specially very catholic area in eastern Europe did it a lot. I have not found evidence of the practice in muslim countries or Africa. Generally the regime was softer in private houses and in institutions in big cities. Much tougher in penal institutions, and in boys homes in rural areas which were almost always church run. Deforming discipline was widespread there. Rich families with private estates sometimes had harsh regimes (even including deforming discipline) for the teenage boys of servants and soft regimes for their own teenage sons. Ambitious middle class families with only one or two sons and some servants could control their teenage sons penises very closely. I have not found any evidence of laws limiting masturbation control, it looks like every family and institution could do as it wanted. A few ex-communist countries banned deforming discipline recently. This report does not deal with soft regimes which were common all over Europe and north America (hands tied to bed at night, hands tied to desk at school, short-term chastity belts etc). Harsh regimes could include chastity belts or electric shock rings for weeks at a time, intense surveillance and punishment, deliberately blistering the inside of the foreskin, circumcision (not enough in itself but one witness has told me his operation went wrong and left him deformed, this was almost certainly done deliberately) through to deforming discipline such as cauterisation of the erogenous parts of the penis, cutting through the main penis nerve, constriction such as the 3 ring trap in Teen Penises Trapped, glansectomy, castration. I have found many institutions where the teenage penises were not continuously retrained. When they were not trapped, the teenage boys were closely watched and severly punished for masturbating, touching their genitals, or sometimes even just for getting erections. This was obviously very labour intensive, and in 3 cases in esatern Europe I learned that teenage boys from the local village were brought in to help with enforcement. Boys who agreed to do this important, responsible work were rewarded. Sometimes they were given a job at the home. This was a luxury job in a poor rural area and the boys would try very hard to earn one. In this way the system of discipline could keep going for generations without influence from outside. Deforming discipline was sometimes done to boys in an institution when they reached a certain age, or as soon as they arrived. Many people thought masturbation was a sin. Also many countries worked hard to force orphans and delinquents to learn their place. Besides preventing sin, deforming discipline taught orphans and delinquents that sexual pleasure was not for them. In at least one institution in Lithuania, local schools regularly brought their teenage boys to see the penises growing deformed in 3 ring traps, to warn them what would happen if they got into trouble or became orphans (lots of cultures dont make any difference). In that region most teenage boys in families did not get harsh masturbation control, for example only banned on Sundays, but it was quite common to have very lax rule for normal teenage boys and very harsh rule for orphans inthe same village. Making the difference between orphans, delinquents and normal teenage boys was one reason why many institutions preferred deforming methods of teenage masturbation control. Other advantages are they prevent it 24/7, there is no escape so even if a boy runs away he is still incapable of it, they prevent it for life, they make orphans and delinquents recognisable for life, and they do not need lots of staff enforce . However sometimes the orphans and delinquents were not even allowed to touch their trapped penises and their testicles, 2 Polish men have told me they enforced that when they were teenage boys. Deforming discipline was apparently quite unusual in family homes. I found a couple of recorded cases where teenage boys were unable to control their sexual urges after several months of discipline by parents. Doctors examined them and said they could only be cured by surgery. One in Vienna was given a series of cauterisation sessions (I can't find out how many) and the other, in Kiev had his main penis nerve severed. The doctors were completely open about these treatments but we will probably never know how many parents had their teenage sons penises permanently adapted and hushed it up out of shame. Deforming discipline had a life long effect. The men were always unable to have sexual pleasure. They could never lie about their origins. An orphan was despised and a man with a deformed penis was not really considered a person. They were often mentally traumatised by the treatment and drifted into prison or lunatic asylums. In prisons a man with a deformed penis could expect very tough treatment. They could not have children. People thought this was a good thing, nobody wanted orphans and delinquents to start families. But war and poverty meant there were always new orphans and delinquents coming into the homes anmd getting disciplined. I would love to discuss this with anyone interested. [email protected] |
