We were finally ready, I had made some special step stools for the OR. The boys had been told they were to be circumcised, but not that they would be castrated. We wanted it to be special for the boys so we had done some trial runs. The plan was that Brenda would shave the boys, it was expected they would blow their load as Brenda would only be wearing a cap,a mask and booties. Before she started shaving Dr Graham would come in to examine the foreskin, I know that had I been a young boy just the sight of Amanda naked and knowing she was going to trim my foreskin, I have come before she even touched me. ( and as it turned out they all did.) Brenda would then lead the boys by the hand into the OR, Amanda, Jean and Matron would be waiting. When the boy was restrained, the Sister who had attended Matrons school would come in also naked and tell the boy in Spanish what he would be restrained in bed for a week connected to an IV and with a catheter. The Sister would tell him he was getting a special treat and would put a condom on his again ridgid penis. Brenda would mount the special steps and with her back to him would slip the tip of his penis into her. Matron would hand the hypodermic needles to her and Amanda would inject the cords, Matron would then take Amanda's place and cut open the sack and pop out the testicles, they would again change places and Amanda would peel the membraine back and after the cords were tied,cut out just testicle. Matron would put the testicle on a scale and give Amanda a silicone sack of the same weight. When the boys were back on their feet, they would never know their nuts were gone. Brenda would start her Tantra squeezes as Amanda was closing and the boys prostate would be drained. Brenda would dismount give the boy a kiss and Amanda would move up to do the circumcision. The boy would be given a shot to keep him dreamy,most circumcisions took way too much skin, Amanda just cut a 1/8th inch ring so the skin would retract easily. The boy was then rolled off to the ward where he was strapped to a bed and a catheter and IV connected.
The Sisters were all in their late 40's, and would not be done until the boys were healed, just in case of complications. The Sister's morning orange juice was drugged so they were open to suggestion, in a couple of days we had them naked in the hot tub. By the time the boys had healed they were comfortable being nude infront of me. They were all full bushed and Amanda got them to agree to letting me shave and then deflower them. The head of the order had been forced to stay behind to run the over crowded convent and would come later when the senior sisters had returned.
