I have shaved my balls , had a nice hot bath and scrubbed my whole body with betadine . My "instruments" have been sterlized and are lying here waiting for me to use them . I feel the familar nevrous excitement building up in me . I can hardly wait to start but I know the first cut will hurt. The plan this time is to cut the "cord" that is holding my nut to the sac so that it wil float free in there , also allowing me to possibly push it up into my abdomen so it will look like its gone and leave that side of my sac empty.
I pick the site of the first incision .With few blood vessels and close to the site were I can feel the "cord" I want to cut . I pinch the skin and push the scalpel into the flesh until it emerges from the other side . I pull the blade up and through the the skin held between my fingers . The pain is great but bearable and does not last long . I need to wait until the bleeding stops before I can go on . This takes several gauze pads and a few minutes. Using a crochet hook I get it under the cord and pull it to the surface . It is thicker then I thought it would be so I have to cut the opening a little wider . As the cord emerges I slide my clamp under the hook and clamp it firmly . Removing the hook I can now take the scalpel and cut the remaining cord . The scalpel goes through easily but it does hurt . I fell the sac fall away as I cut and finally I just have the end that it still attached to the ball clamped . I pull on on the clamp and I can feel the nut come out of the incision . I squeeze from behind give another tug and it is free. It is still covered by the outer layers of muscle and membrane but here it is. The next step is to cut away the outer layers to fully expose the nut underneath . As I cut I wonder if I may be going too far but I have keep going . I cut along the side up to the cords that are still attached deep in side me ,opening it like a jacket . I can see the blue/gray surface of the ball and the wormlike epididmus atttached along the top. the bleeding is still minimal but I take a piece of gauze in my hand gently pick up the exposed organ . What a rush . I lift it up out of its "jacket" and tug it out a little more . I can feel the cords pull from deep with in me and almost shoot my load. I snip away the rest of the outer layers and wonder if I a doing the right the thing . I set the ball back down and it slips easily back into the scrotum . I again squeeze it out and grasp it with my bare hand . Tugging gently I feel it pull the cords out again and the site where I cut the coverings free is still bleeding a little . I use A cautery pen and seal the small leaking blood vessels . I realize at that moment that there is no going back . I also realize that all I would have to do is cut the main cord and cauterize it and it would be done forever. I once again tug on my ball and it comes out a little further . All I need to do is to tie it off and cut . I decide to drop it and slip it back into the sac. No longer attached it sits higher than it used to . I gently push on it and it goes further up into my groin . One more push and I feel it "pop" past the muscle and that's it. It is gone. I try to find it by pusing on my abdomen but no luck . I was not expecting this to happen . I thought I would be able to move in and out freely. As I stand to get more gauze and the sutures to close my sac I fell my nut drop to the top of the my groin . I can now "milk" it back down into the sac wher it belongs . I suture my sac closed and push the ball back up into my abdomen . Then I finally beat off with only one nut between my legs . Next time it is the right ones turn .I just have to decide what to do with it .
