A Roman Punishment

The time:  100 BC

The Place:  The Roman Colony near Carthage

The Governor was angry.  He had told his captain that the shipment of new slaves from Rome was not to be touched until he returned from his trip to Egypt.  The lazy man had left them in the care of one of his men and had gone to sleep.  The slaves were a special shipment, requested by the governor.  Five males from the German Colonies, young men, 18 to 19 years old, all blonds.  Just the way the Governor liked them.  But that was spoiled now.  Now that the lazy captain’s man had defiled one of them.  While the captain slept, he had taken one of the young slaves out of the holding cell, and had his way with him all night.  And if that wasn’t enough, he had gelded him at the end of the night’s activities.

Well, now he would pay.  The Governor looked down the steps of the city hall, to the courtyard in front of it.  There the man who had committed these crimes was tied to a frame.  He was naked but for a small loin cloth that barely covered his genitals.  The whole Centurion regiment was lined up behind him, to view his punishment.

The governor called out to his lazy captain.  “Captain Martinus, you lazy dog, it will be your duty to carry out this man’s punishment.  I hope you enjoy it, for when you are done, you will then enter my chambers for your own private reward for these actions.  Carry on.”  He then took a seat at the top of the stairs, and watched what followed.

Captain Martinus stood there sweating in the noon day sun.  He could feel the sweat running down his back.  He was wearing the special costume selected by the Governor for this day’s duties.  The helmet of a Centurion was on his head and the standard breast plate was covering his chest, but at his waist it all changed.  There a thin leather belt was all he wore.  It ran around his back, just above his ass, to the front where it dipped down and under his scrotum.  It pulled his genitals upward and to the front.  They had been shaved, and his testicles bulged outward under the pressure of the belt.  His penis was semi hard and stood straight out six inches.  He took a deep breath and began his task.
